Sizzling serials, Batman!  This must be Orlando's number one comic shop.  I've never been much of a comic book person, but IQ loves certain lines.  If I ever talk him into visiting Orlando with me, this might be one of our stops to take his mind off the possibility of being A) eaten by alligators; B) trampled by tourists; or C) assimilated by the NASCAR borg.   A very well stocked, lovingly cared for shop with an owner who is as far from the jaded comic store dude in Simpsons as you can possibly get.

This hidden gem on Winter Park Ave. holds within it's closet-sized space probably the strongest selection of graphic novels and indy comics I've seen in Orlando in one place.  It does carry some of the more mainstream fare, but I think that's there to finance the finer publications that don't sell as well.  The owner is a really nice guy, not condescending or in your face.  And if you need a recommendation on something off the beaten path, he'll be able to satisfy.  This is the place to go for the books you always read about online but never see in stores.
