I visited here on a recent trip to Louisville because I'm a big dinosaur nerd. As I suspected by the $4 price tag the museum and large fossil beds were ok. It's definitely on the tour bus/school tour circuit though, and for good reason. These are the larges fossil beds of their kind in the world. You can actually go down onto the riverbed and walk on the rocks. Very neat. Bring lots of water and good sturdy shoes.
