PROS: Free Wi-Fi, Indoor Pool & Hot Tub, Free breakfast, Free Coffee & Water, Free Popcorn in the evenings, fridge & microwave, quiet, affordable -- tier 1 = 7,500 points/night.
CONS: Rooms & bathrooms haven't been updated in few years but they are very clean and have everything you need to make your stay comfortable, so it's really not much of a CON.
Close to Galleria and all the fun eating places in Addison. I'd stay here again! -

Fairfield Inn by Marriott at Parkside is a great hotel to stay at. The hotel's room is clean and refreshed, just what you would expect from a Fairfield. Breakfast is good, with Jimmy Dean, waffles,cereal, and condiments. Don't forget the fresh popcorn and cookies!

I've stayed here three times in the last year and it is great! The room are always clean, you get a paper each morning (without an extra charge), the breakfast is pretty decent, and they make fresh cookies each night (the smell alone is worth the trip). They also have a shuttle that will run you around if you are without a rental car. For $99 a night this place is a steal!
