This hotel is really nice for a Fairfield Inn. I stay at a lot of Fairfields, and the look and feel of this one is definitely more upscale than most. The front desk was great, the room was very quiet (nice thick floors so no noise from upstairs), and everything I saw was clean. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but the lady working the breakfast room was super friendly. Internet was fast. Bed was relatively soft. The location gave me easy access to downtown Denver, took 15-20 minutes outside of rush hour. Parking was indeed a pain, but hey, it's free. The garage was cramped and difficult to navigate even when half-empty, but there was a small outdoor surface lot for big cars and bad drivers. If I had to be in the area I would definitely stay here again.
One of the biggest hurdles for me planning our wedding was finding a nice yet affordable hotel to rent a block of rooms from for the family coming in from Indiana. When renting a block of rooms, you generally have to sign an agreement promising to use a certain number of rooms and have to provide a deposit. Mid-negotiations, the manager changed. Going into it, I was leery. The rooms were more expensive than I was looking for, but the rooms were clean and the hotel secure. The front desk help was hit or miss depending on who was there and several of my family members experienced snottiness regarding something they requested. They did however enjoy the complimentary breakfast buffet which gave them all a chance to get better acquainted with one another. The parking lot caused a bit of confusion and dismay as it is behind the hotel with a very sharp 90-degree turn going in. I still feel like there must be a better option out there somewhere, but overall, my experience with them was positive.

Stayed here last week for one night (business trip). Very nice lobby and restaurant/bar area for a courtyard marriott. Room was clean but even though I was several doors down from the elevator I was kept up all night by the elevator doors dinging! Felt sorry for the rooms that directly faced the elevator! Bed wasn't that comfortable to begin with and the noise didn't help. No room service (which is typical with Courtyards) but breakfast buffet and dinner served in restaurant area. Friendly staff.
