There is no excuse for a dry cleaner who advertises that all cleaning is done on the premises to end up shipping some of my clothes to another location. Yet that managed to happen to me here. They offered no explanation as to why it happened, and ultimately I was left to go out of my way to get my clothes back. Needless to say I won't be going back here - that is unless the other five dry cleaners in the three block radius are more incompetent.
