I have to admit it, this place is good. There is a place in American Fork called Chadder's that has essentially mimicked everything about In-N-Out - same uniforms, same color scheme, same architecture for the store, and you could even order a burger the same way that you would at In-N-Out (e.g. Double Double, animal style, flying dutchman, etc.), hence why they were sued by In-N-Out because of copyright infringements. To make things worse, Chadder's isn't even that good. But EZ Takeout was surprisingly tasty. My boss brought me lunch back from this place and it is essentially the In-N-Out of the Mountain West. The burgers are fresh, the fries are so good, and the cokes are big. While I'm not a fan of In-N-Out copycats, I understand why people try - because In-N-Out is friggin' awesome...yes, I'm a Californian and I'm "obsessed" with it. I would say the only thing not incredibly appealing about the place is that they use the Utah famous fry sauce - essentially ketchup and mayo....bleh.
I'd say that it's a toss up for me between this place and Apollo Burger. While Apollo Burger has bigger cheeseburgers and sesame seed buns, EZ Take Out has really good fries. Apollo has a tendency to not have all of their fries cooked all the way, so you end up only eating half. Also, they use shredded lettuce, which isn't as good as the leafed lettuce EZ uses. Oh, and apparently during the weekdays from 2:30 to 4:30 (or something like that) they have cheeseburgers for $.99 - not too shabby. I think they've won a customer in me.
