EZ Storage - Ross Township

We've been using EZ storage for about 5 months and we love it.

I had called when we were on the road & moving and everything was set up for me over the phone in the late evening. They were SO kind to me. When I picked up all our paperwork that weekend - there was a giant eagle gift card in the packet. It was much appreciated.

I've never had a problem with payments or people lurking who didn't belong. I feel like all my items are safe here.

I also love that the units are month to month leases - I'm not locked into a year that I might not need and I only had to pay upfront for the month, not for 3+ months like other storage units.

I used EZ storage in Ross for a month while I moved from one house to another in January/February. Everyone who works there was really nice, the deal I got for a month was phenomenal, and using their truck for free to move in was worth more than the price of the 10x20 unit I rented. I'll be using them for any future storage needs.

The place itself is kept in good condition but the service was horrible. We had a slight miscommunication about payment and the owners immediately assumed we were trying to take our stuff and not pay. As soon as we got there, we were met with aggression from one of the owners. Then the other owner called us and threatened to call the cops, she explained that they've had customers in the past that didn't pay. I completely understand that matters like that occur but that doesn't make it right to treat us like that.
