I am very picky about my eyebrows. I have been known to let them run ragged for over a year when I couldn't find someone I trust, or to drive 50 miles, one way, to get them done.
I really needed to find someone with amazing talent in the city, and Tracy is that person. This is not a 5 minute wax job. For that, go to a nail salon.
If eyebrows are important to you, you can trust Tracy. She'll spend a lot of time discussing with you what you want, and tell you exactly why she suggests certain things. Additionally, she and Emma, the receptionist, are friendly and their banter is hilarious. -

My eyebrows have NEVER looked better. Honestly. I wish I could upload a before and after picture...
But, don't take just my word for it - as you can see from the other reviews, Tracey is excellent at what she does.
Sure, you may run into some crazy people out on Market to get to her place in the Warfield, but this is San Francisco. There are crazy people everywhere.
An extra star for all the damn candy they have out in their waiting room. I ate some Nerds, licorice, and then another box of Nerds. So my eyebrows look good and I'm high on sugar. Awesome. Can't wait to go back and do it again. -

Just wanted to check in on the consistency at Eye Candy. I have been to Tracy several more times over the last few months and she has done a fantastic job every single time. I even tried an eyebrow tint that made my eyebrows look amazing!!

Once again Tracy did it again, a true artist! My brows look great. Holidays are here and my brows have not looked better. I also wanted to soften my brows a bit and in one quick swoop they were tinted and WOW. Literally, a few seconds and a soften look for the holidays. Tracy is a true professional an artist with precision. A wonderful find centrally located downtown where Tracy is waiting for you.

San Francisco, CA
I'm so grateful that I have found Tracy at Eye Candy. She is hands down the best in the Bay! I have been going to her for over a year and will never let anyone else touch my brows.
I have been to many estheticians for eyebrows and no one has ever come close to Tracy. I'm half-Persian with very full, thick, uneven eyebrows so finding someone who can shape them to fit my face without making them super thin has been a dream since I was young. When I met Tracy, that dream came true.
I had just been to another esthetician who had botched my brows and had to grow them out for over a month. My family had an "eyebrow intervention" and I decided to find the best. Through Yelp, I found Tracy. When we first met, she greeted me with a smile and exclaimed, "I'm so excited!" What a difference. The prior esthetician had laughed at my eyebrows. Finally, here was someone who was excited to work with me to create brows that fit my face. After over an hour of brow design, which included Tracy mostly using scissors, threading, and a bit of tweezing (so glad she doesn't wax), I was a new person. My friends and family were all stunned. Even friends I had not mentioned anything to me exclaimed, "Your brows are amazing!" as soon as they saw me. My own mother was speechless!
Most importantly, Tracy has become a dear friend. She's incredibly kind, caring and supportive. I have sat in her chair through many great and tough life moments. She is a great listener and gives wonderful advice. Sitting in her chair is an incredibly relaxing experience. I look forward to every appointment.
Quick tips: Book ahead, though Tracy will do anything to fit you in if she can. Pay for parking in the back lot, it's worth it.
Overall, if you want someone to take the time and care to give you the eyebrows you've always wanted, go to Tracy. She's an incredible esthetician and more importantly, a wonderful person. -

I had booked a session just to do a brow tint and brow design. I have very sparse brows and wanted to do something to them to make sure they look good for my wedding pictures in a month.
I found Eye Candy very easily - It's a short walk from Powell BART station. After being buzzed in and walking up the stairs, I was met on the landing by a little white dog who escorted me into Eye Candy. The space is small but well decorated with a great waiting area with candy (of course), magazines, and a large TV with cool videography playing. The music selection was fantastic the whole time I was there - Cut Copy, Black Kids, Phoenix. Tracy has great taste in music, and is obviously well attuned to creating a mood and sense of style in her salon.
When I arrived, there were already two people getting their brows and lashes done so I waited (which was not a big deal at all to me). I was very impressed with the way Tracy and Jenn coordinated the different appointments overlapping each other - They have a timing system down pat which allowed them to service all three customers in two chairs at the same time, while making everyone feel at home. At different points people wandered in and out of the salon, chatting, singing Tracy's praises, and sharing their experiences with Tracy's skills - Everyone had good things to say. It felt a bit like being with old friends in someone's living room, not at all awkward or uncomfortable.
Tracy offered to do a complimentary brow tint while recommending I get a lash perm - I have to say, I didn't regret the lash perm. I'd been deliberating on eyelash extensions and Tracy had good advice to offer about the differences between the two services. My brows turned out great (can't go wrong with someone who's been voted 2011 Best of the Bay for Best Brow Shaping) - better than they've ever been before, and the lash perm was definitely a good recommendation. I think her prices are really reasonable considering the level of service and attention you receive.
I'll be going back in a few weeks to make sure everything looks good for my wedding, and I'm pretty sure I'll keep going back to Tracy even after that. She's friendly, professional and super knowledgeable - You won't regret booking an appointment here. -

I followed Tracy from her days at Blink. I had booked someone else but that person canceled. Good thing because now I'm loyal to only Tracy and am glad she has her own place.
The +s:
+ She consults with me to ensure we're on the same page on the kind of look I want and she listens and she executes.
+ She'll do one brow and check-in with me on the progress. I like that she is mindful.
+ My brows are fairly long but can stray and grow unruly. I love how she trims them and shapes them to open my eyes.
+ She may be overbooked and thus running a bit late but she lets me know ahead of time
+ Tracy uses her tweezers. None of that wax stuff which I think can be imprecise.
+ I like the waiting room. There are plenty of candies and lookbooks to thumb through
+ It's hidden. I like that it's not on Maiden Lane or in some spa space. It's next to the Warfield in fact! Get off the mezzanine floor when you enter the elevators.
The -'s:
- I booked online but did not get a callback. I had to call myself and hope for a live receptionist.
Overall: I'll follow Tracy wherever she goes. She's skilled at her craft and very pleasant. She's a great artist without the temperament. Brows frame your face and give you an instant face lift if it's done right. I can't go to just anyone so I'd rebook Tracy at Eye Candy any day. -

I love Tracy. She's amazing at what she does, and I've been going to her since she was at Blink. I love her so much that when I found out she'd opened her own place, I left my beloved Kia at Blink to go BACK to Tracy.
How I wanted to support her new business... Unfortunately, Eye Candy took it's third strike this week, and it was Kia who saved my butt.
1st appointment at Eye Candy, Tracy kept me waiting 40 minutes. FORTY.
2nd appointment got canceled an hour before the session, without any apology, and the "next available" appointment was a week later since Tracy was "not going to be working this weekend."
Yesterday, I show up at her old space, not realizing she'd moved. Call her, apologizing profusely, and told her I was rushing over. Her response?
"Um. Didn't you make your appointment online? It's RIGHT THERE on the homepage. How could you have missed that?"
Well, let's see. Maybe I didn't make the appointment myself? Lose the snotty attitude.
Finally, as I'm walking to her new building, my phone says I have a voicemail -- it's Tracy, curtly telling me "You're too late. I can't do your brows. Call me if you want to reschedule."
So I call Blink, and Kia gets me in an hour later. Not going to question my loyalty to Blink ever again. -

I had been an avid fan of Tracy's work since the old days when she worked with Blink. I stayed with her despite her rocky transition phase to independence when she would show up late to appointments, or just not show up at all. Why did I stay? Because her work, when she did show up, was better than the others and it was consistent.
However, now that she's through the transition, settled into a spot on Market, her work is unfocused. I've gone to her multiple times at her current location on Market, (which, by the way, I hate traveling to and getting harassed by crazies along the way). The things I do for vanity. Anyhoo, yes, she does the threading, yes, she trims and plucks, but the quality of her work just isnt worth it anymore. She seems rushed, maybe overworked, or maybe too many plans of expansion on her plate. I dont know what it is but the awesomeness that kept me loyal has faded. -

I just had my first Eye Candy appointment today with Tracy . She did an incredible & thorough job and I can honestly say, my brows have never looked better.

People of San Francisco bring your brows to Eye Candy. Your over plucked, your bushy. Your un tinted lashes, yearning to be pretty!
When I first came to SF from Toronto I was a virgin to all this eyebrow business. I had over plucked at home and spent my first year of university with a permanently surprised look on my face thanks to my golden arches brows. Oh foolish youth.
I had learned the error of my ways and had just been plucking strays when I decided I needed an eyebrow tint for a vacation that I was going on. I didn't want to be filling in my eyebrows after every time I took a dip in the ocean. I did some Yelp investigating and found Tracy. At the time Eye Candy was her little spot in union square. I was greeted by sunshine and candy bars and the sweetest thing about it all was Tracy herself.
You just LIKE her. Even if you weren't getting services done you'd just want Tracy to be your friend. This sounds strange but she is just so ..genuine. She remembers your stories and your preferences. She's funny and puts you at ease. She educates you while making you beautiful. She is a wealth of knowledge about style, makeup and esthetics in general.
Tracy's new location is a gorgeous, expansive spot in the T.L, decorated with candy, chandeliers, more candy, damask and the best accessory of all, Lucky, her adorable maltese puppy. I would travel to Timbuktu for this woman to groom me. If you've ever had a bad brow job you'll understand my devotion to Tracy's superior skill with threading, trimming and plucking. I can rest easy knowing that my face is in her hands.
My eyebrow tint turned into a brow design, which turned into eyelash tints, which progressed to eyelash perms (addictive!!). Every time I went to see her I added more services because she is Just SO GOOD at everything! She has won Best Brow Bar on the Bay List 2 years in a row and she's only been in business for herself for 2 years!
She is unparallelled in technique and results. I came home with a brow maintenance and brow tint and my husband thought I had had botox!!! I mean...are you kidding me!? Anything I can spend under 100 dollars on and look like I spent a grande in medical procedures is becoming a monthly routine for me in my beauty battle thankyouverymuch!!!! -

I just moved to the city recently and was in desperate need to get my eyebrows done, and I mean really desperate. I have the thickest, unruly eyebrows EVER and I don't know how Tracy did it but she gave me the best eyebrows I have ever had!
Tracy is such a sweetheart and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed through the threading. I thank her so much for putting up with my crying as she threads... don't be scared by that im just too sensitive, but it's all worth it in the end!! The mamosa that one time helped too :)
If you're super hair ball like me and need those eyebrows put in their place go to Tracy you won't regret it -

I cried...FROM SHEER HAPPINESS!
You don't understand...I am a victim of NO EYEBROWS. The hairs on my brows are so thin and sparse I may as well shave them off. Tracy proved me wrong in a good way.
First of all, Tracy is everything and more what people have been saying about her. She is sweet, nice, generous and has been gifted with the art of making eyebrows look phenomenal.
Her receptionist is also really awesome and oddly enough his name is Keaka. We were both in "whoa" modes when we met eachother at my appt.
ANYWAYS, Tracy only charged me $45 for the initial consultation AND a complimentary brow tint just so I could see if I liked it or not. (She cares!!!)
I'm getting married in a month and have already made my follow up appt with her before my big day and I know my brows are going to look the best they've ever looked since I was born.
THANKS TRACY!1 Previous Review: Show all »

It's tough to find someone who does absolutely incredible eyebrow work. And it's even tougher to find someone who does amazing work and is exceptionally warm and caring.
Tracy is a real find. The beauty business capitalizes on people feeling insecure about the way they look. Tracy is full of compliments that are genuine -- she helps you look your best without radically changing your appearance, but instead sees the natural beauty in her customers and enhances that. -

I'm a huge fan. I went to Tracy to get my eye makeup done and she totally gets it. I can't tell you the number of times I've told makeup artists, this is the look I'm going for, I'm specific, I'll show pictures...and still, I will come out looking like a clown. It is a testament to Tracy's talent that I have never felt prettier...not for my engagement pictures, not for my own wedding. Love, love her!

I've never felt so satisfied with my eyebrows ever. I am seriously happy today. My poor eyebrows have always struggled to be balanced, even, and at peace with one another; Tracy has been the peacemaker in this long-winded battle! One of my eyebrows always curved differently than my other one, and she seriously sculpted them to be identical, mirror images of each other. I feel different and confident. If you have perfect eyebrows, everything else will fall into place.
First impression: Tracy is all around jovial, good-natured, and willing to chat it up with you in the most genuine manner. None of that chit chat- just real chat. I right away wanted to be bffs with her, that's how lovely it was meeting Tracy. Plus, I appreciate her sassy business sense. She is super open minded and professional. And she's got mimosa Saturdays! C'mon, do it! The first visit is on the pricey side, but it's all easy as pie for every maintenace visit after. You won't want to see anyone else after her. It's that good. -

I just tried some new things today and if I wasn't such a poor student, I would allow myself the new addiction:
1. Lash Perm (no more curling in the manana!)
2. Lash Tint (loving this - looking sexy at the gym)
3. Brow Tint (don't need my pencil for a while)
My blue eyes were popping out! They looked so defined and pretty.

I've been a loyal client of Tracy's for well over 3 years (following her from Blink). Long story short: nobody else touches my brows, ever.
Tracy is simply fabulous. Not only does she have a devoted clientele, she is also connected to a network of beauty professionals who do equally as fabulous of work as she does. This speaks volumes about her demeanor, both professional and personal. Not only is she responsible for my fantastic brows, she is also the person who referred me to Erica, who is responsible for my hair, and Linda, who is my aesthetician.
I love the fact that Tracy has a solid 5 star rating. She deserves it and more, as she's the best. :-)Listed in: How I Stay High Maintenance

Tracy will give your brows the 'do they've always meant to have!
She somehow managed to fix my eyebrow bald spot, as I wait for the poor, pulled-before-their-prime hairs to grow back in-- something I thought was impossible. I no longer have to wear long bangs over the right side of my face! Glory be!!
Tracy also showed me how to "comb with the growth of the hair, not against it!" all the while listening to what I wanted and calming my somewhat brow-traumatized nerves with friendly conversation and wine. I no longer have to wrestle the mavericks down with vaseline every morning. (OK, maybe I didn't do that. But my brows now go right into place with no effort or wrangling, thanks to my fabulous brow-cut. Rock on!)
Tracy is down to earth, honest, and talented.
Check her out! -

Excellent artistry. Tracy has rare talent that makes eyebrows look fantastic! Truly an artist! But more importantly, a mistake was made with me a while back. Mistakes happen, everyone is human, but its how mistakes are handled that matters. Tracy was professional and fair and for that I'll continue to come back. Go!

Normally I wouldn't admit to any cosmetic treatments cause you know, this is what God gave me when I was born. All, almost true, and I guess all concepts do require some level of editing. This is where Tracy and Eye Candy come into play. I don't think I can rate this girl too highly! Why - well when the ingredients include:
1 incredibly friendly lady who knows her stuff around the 'brow
wine while-u-wait
more candy in that room than in Willy Wonka's factory
- do you really have to ask?
Tracy mentioned at my last visit that she was put on this earth to make people happy - and she most certainly does - I go in feeling tired, grumpy and weighed down by another day at the office - and I leave with better eyebrows and in a better mood. Can't ask much more than that! -
Review from Karen L.

J.Lo insures her booty, Celine Dion doesn't use her voice on certain days of the week, Tracy is going to insure her hands. She's that good.
Based on all the 5-star reviews, I had to give my eyebrows a little loving and signed up for an appointment (especially with the 20% off for newbies - sweet).
I've had my eyebrows waxed before, but I was a piece of meat being processed on the assembly line. I sat down, she added wax, she pulled wax off. I was done in 10 minutes and left.
With Tracy, I was offered 7 different things to drink. I sat in her comfy chair and we talked about how I felt about my eyebrows. She evaluated them and suggested that she wasn't going to drastically change my eyebrows (because I apparently had a pretty good shape naturally), but described that she was going to trim and shape them.
So, she trimmed, She tweezed. She threaded. We talked and laughed the entire time - for about 45 minutes. It was eyebrow therapy!
End result: I love my eye candy eyebrows. Having "two-directional growth" eyebrows - I didn't know how to really do much besides Tweezing Eyebrows 101 that I learned from reading Seventeen magazines. Tracy took my eyebrows and gave it a well-deserved makeover. -

Tracy Chavez-Naimi (formely worked at Blink Eyebrows & Cosmetics) recently opened her very own eyebrow and cosmetic boutique April 1, 2009. What a blessing it was for her to call me and give me the great news, a dream of having her own business. Specializing in Eyebrow Design, Eye Lash Extension, Facial Threading and Cosmetic Artistry, Tracy is so thrilled to do what she was born to do, MAKE US ALL LOOK FABULOUS IN SAN FRANCISCO.
Tracy does excellent work on not just ladies' brows, but also men's brows. I've been a loyal client of Tracy since June 2006. I'm 6'2", 300lbs. male and my eyebrows are very bushy. Only Tracy knows how to put her work of art and skill to my brows; a result that makes my spouse fall in love all over again after each visit.
I recommend her excellent talent of cosmetic beauty to any Lady or Man. Trust me, you will enjoy the compliments of all your friends, family and strangers on the streets of San Francisco.
Eye Candy SF hours of operation are Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Appointment recommended by calling (415) 756-1177. Congratulations and all the best Tracy. Hugs. -

YAY! I was so happy ...and still am! 4 days later.. :)
Tracy is truly an artist at what she does. To be able to find her was a godsend. And yes, I can attest that it is extremely hard to find an "eyebrow person." I have been to Mad About Brows & SkinFantastik and both yielded mediocre or less than stellar customer satisfaction experiences.
I went on a Saturday and the elevator was broken in the building so that created a ripple effect of appointments being late. Yes I did get quite nervous if there would be a compromise to quality. (You are talking to a customer satisfaction & quality engineer person) They were real good with proactive communication through following up with clients on confirming appointments 2 days in advanced or expect a wait/hope that is ok.
Any whoot, the ambiance is very friendly and Tracy is so kind and open. Tea and cookie anyone? She took her time in working with ....not too much other than a trim and small hairs around the brows! I was ready for her to bring it on with that small tinge of small kid anxiety when you dread your mom cutting your hair. After about 45 mins of working her artistry, I was beeedazzled! YAY, so happy I had to give her a hug. Granted I always wanted Kim Kardashian nice thick brows but I hadn't grown out a whole lot (couldn't lay down that tweeze and scissors).....it really worked for my face!
* She's not here to give you unneeded facial advice and criticism period. And does not come off to be Mad About your Brows.
* She's friendly and engages you enough so she can still focus on her work.
* She tweezes + thread + trim which is awesome....because a lot of places just tweeze and wax.
* She has a receptionist that manages all the clients and phone calls. Which is a no brainer move, given that all the other eyebrow places are run by *ONE* person = long wait on phone calls, no one picking up, etc etc, Tracy is able to focus solely on you.
The only thing that I would suggest is to throw up the website on Yelp and have some before/after shots.
Here it is! http://eyecandysf.com/ -

Tracy, the owner, is delightful. She is quick, skillful and pleasant. I am a fifty something retin A user who needs threading in a big way and was very pleased with her services. Her prices are reasonable for what she does.

I had a great time here. The space is small but adorable and the service was excellent. Sometimes getting your eyebrows done is a harrowing gamble because you never know what you're going to get, but Tracy listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. My eyebrows are so pretty, I feel like a movie star. :) I also had a lash tint, which can sometimes be a somewhat uncomfortable experience, but it was very fast and painless here.
I'm definitely coming back. It was awesome! -

Pure Perfection!
I am extremely picky about my eyebrows and having been going to bombshell in san mateo for a year and then moving to the city and having to start over, well lets just say i was looking a little rough during the first month or so, until i came to Eye Candy.
During my first visit I walked into a cute, candy filled wonderland that has an amazing view of union square. Not only is there candy, she also has cute jewlery and makeup that is also available for your perusing pleasure and of course for purchase.
Upon arrival, tracy asks you i you would like a drink in the form of water, soda or champagne, and delivers it to you on a cute silver platter. After getting settled in with my cocktail, Tracy discusses the threading process and what you envision for your brows along wtih giving you her expert opinion on what your brows should look like. If you are like me, a total non expert, just put your trust in her and she will leave you looking fabulous. About 45 minutes later and voila... perfectly shaped brows that are complimentary to you.
During my next visit i went ahead and also had an eyelash perm done. ( yes this does exist and if your eyelashes are as straight as boards and you want to have fun flirty lashes that mascara and curling cant get you, then you need to get eyelash perms too.)
Tracy is an eyebrow goddess...a true perfectionist and just a wonderful person to work with and entrust your face to. I've been a regular for about a year now and dont have plans of going anywhere else.
In terms of getting an appointment, its easy, I go on the website and its all done through her site. Appointments are required and you will need to book at least two weeks in advance ( she is a busy lady)..totally worth the wait.
Tracy is awesome and will leave you looking fabulous!Listed in: Born to Shop

I have been seeing Tracy going on 2 years for my fabulous eye stopping brows. When I learned she had left blink to open her own studio I said, "Well its about time!"
Her new place Eye Candy is so fabulous - it feels as though you have been transported to Paris as you over look the beautiful city (the view is amazing!) and a silky breeze cuddles you while Tracy does her magic!
I saw Tracy today and my brows of course look amazing! I was the girl that never touched my brows for 25 years then randomly at a spa one day let someone wax them - mistake! After that incident I did massive research and found Tracy! I have never let anyone else touch my brows.
Tracy also did my wedding make up in September of 2008 - she made me feel amazing for my special fabulous day. My friends kept saying they couldn't stop starring at me because I looked so beautiful. And of course my husband to be was in Awe of me all night. It takes a special person with an artist eye to do such work. Tracy you are amazing thank you for sharing your talents with me and more importantly for making me look more goregous everytime I leave your chair! -

Tracy is the ONLY person that can actually make my eyebrows look like they belong on my face. I have a terrible set of brows that sometimes make me look angry (pointed at the top), sometime sad (round edge) or sometimes like a crazy person (bushy). She tweezes, texturizes and threads them in to life. My hair is dark and my eyebrows light - so she tints them to match perfect. When I came to her with my straight turned down eye lashes, she took them up and out with a lash perm. I am addicted to them now!. I am so happy she decided to go out on her own. She is a great person and always a pleasure to see. I look forward to my eye brow appointment, which I used to fear like the dentist. She is virtually painless!
Go see her now and stop being embarrassed by your bushy ass brows! -

She is caring, funny, sweet, thoughtful and SO TALENTED in her art of creating beautiful brows, lashes, and beautiful faces. She offers many services at very reasonable prices and is always helpful in sharing beauty secrets.
Tracy truly cares about each and every client and goes out of her way to ensure their happiness with her services, comfort, and confidence in her. As many women know, it is very hard to find an awesome esthetician, hair stylist, etc. Tracy is certainly one of those rare finds and definitely a must have beauty secret. Tracy has done my lash extensions, brow designs, brow tints, lash perms and she is TRULY AMAZING in every task! Plus, appointments can now be booked online and what a joy that is to me as I work various shifts, including graveyards. If you have never had your brows tweezed or threaded Tracy is an absolute must! Thank you soo very much for taking care of me so well for the last few years Tracy. I look forward to many more :)

I got my eyelash extensions done here about a month ago.
Tracy was awesome and fun. made me feel comfortable during the service. I could tell that she's very experienced in this field, she made the fake eyelashes look very natural. However, when I looked in the mirror again after I got home, It was pretty noticable that they were uneven. My left side had barely any lashes! Well, I do understand that I was 20 minutes late, and she probably didn't have enough time to finish them, so I called and left a voicemail asking if she could fix them sometime. She called me back and said that she'd gladly do so.
I made an appointment for about 5 days after I got the service..
and guess what.. I barely had like 3 strands of lashes left on each eye after those 5 days.. X(
I thought I took pretty good care of them, but I guess that wasn't enough.
I called to ask if she could just take them off instead (there were still some chunks of glue left) but never got a return call from them.
Overall, you basically have to give up putting on makeup in return of having those fake lashes, and you have to be very careful of what you do in every move you make(even when sleeping!)
Tracy tells you too that they're very hard to maintain, and recommends eyelash perm instead.
It can be a good experience if you have $300(including tip) to wipe your ass with. I thought it really wasn't worth it.. =/
to maintain them, you have to....
be very careful not have them contact water. (have to wear goggles in the shower or when washing face, no water parks, swimming etc..)
sleep on your back so the lashes don't touch the pillow..
you shouldn't touch them with your hands
can't use eyelash curler or mascara on them
shouldn't use brushes when applying eyeshadows or powder...
no oil-based eye makeup remover..
Though I've failed with the extension experience.. I will probably be back to try eyebrow touch ups. -

Tracy listens and is sympathetic. Two essential qualities in a person as talented as she is. I'm a 51-y.o. guy and observing changes in my body. Rangy eyebrows, hair in the ears, etc. At a certain point for some of us, this stuff crops up. It's no different than getting a haircut or shaving daily. I'm not out to look younger, but I don't want to scare people off either. Tracy understands clean-and-natural. Big smile! Also, great parking at the intersection of Taylor & Turk, ask for directions.

It surprised me as much as anyone I told this to but Tracy called me 3 days before New Years and was so rude and mean over the phone, I guess because she saw the review I gave her. Isn't this what yelp is for? If you have bad/good experiences you write about it and others can decide to value your opinion or not. Its not meant for a psycho lady to call me and demand that I take my review off. I'm not a spiteful person and was only being honest about how I felt and experienced. Whatever happened to customer service??
