This is close to work, so I go here often. Great food and great prices, too. I am going to have lunch here again today. I just love their chicken wrap. You can make your own wrap, kind of...you just tell them what you want on it. The staff is friendly and they are willing to help out if you are new. A great place to eat!
Simply said, the food isn't very good.
Although fresh, the food flavorings remind me of medicine. Tried the place a couple times, however, no intentions of going back.
This place was recommended to me by a friend... so I came here looking for a gyro to knock my socks off.... only to be sadly disappointed. I was hoping for the pita to be the soft "gordita"-like pita bread, but it was more similar to lavash bread thickness-wise and texture. Eww.
I ordered the 6" gyro. The lamb/beef patties tasted a little weird to me. Not really authentic tasting at all. A bit on the pricier side for somewhat small portions. Sad to say, I regret taking my friend's word for this place. Later, he tells me the reason why he liked this place was because of it's convenient wrapper for dummies. Ha. Can you believe this guy?

This place was OK. Nothing special. It reminds me of Subway or Togo's. The guy who made my pita didn't give me much input when I asked for his advice. He couldn't even tell me what "most people get".

This place must be good for dieting because even a regular (9-inch) pita is not quite filling enough for me. Maybe I really need some carbo to go with the veggies and meat. I shared half of a grilled chicken pita and half of a philly cheese steak pita with my wife. Both are $6.39 and we used a buy one get one free coupon that we got in the mail. Without the coupon, eating here would seem really expensive for what you get.
They gave me a V.I.Pita Card (buy 4 pitas, get the 5th (small only) free when you get a medium drink with it. I don't think I'll save up my V.I.Pita Card though as the card has already expired for five days when they handed it to me.
Bottom line: I don't think I'll be coming back.

I have been looking forward to this place opening for several months, since I spend all my lunch breaks in this area and I am sick of eating Quiznos and Starbucks sandwiches every day. I have tried a few different things at Extreme Pita the past couple of weeks and, overall, I think the place is clean, the service is really fast, and the food is decent. My only complaint is that they don't heat up enough, so it's always kind of lukewarm. The falafel is pretty good, considering it's fast food, and the portions are large. The steak pita was ok, but I suggest sticking to chicken or the vegetarian pitas.

This Extreme Pita finally opened last week. This is like a Subway or Quiznos but for pita sandwiches and pizza. Sandwiches come in two sizes; small is 6" and regular is 9". A regular is enough for an adult and preschooler to share. Prices range from 4.99 for a small to 6.79 for a regular. Kids' meals are 3.99 and include soft drink or juice box and goldfish crackers or cookie. You can add soft drink and chips for 1.99. Currently, they have a frequent customer card.
Since this place is new, everything is clean and sparkly, including the restroom for customer use. The staff is new and not fully trained but the manager and most of the employees are very friendly, coming by our table to see if we were doing alright.
This is not the cheapest fast food, but different and seemingly healthier (there is a huge nutrition chart posted next to the ordering start line). I liked this place as did my 4 year old so we will be coming back every now and then.

I agree with most of the reviews here, so it is hard to add anything new that hasn't already been said. Food is OK, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here but if you are nearby it's fine. The regular 9" pita is not very filling and for that reason I think it's a little pricey. I like the pita concept for being a little different from the Subway's all over the place, and I had the gyro which tasted very good. My only complaint is that the pita wasn't soft or warm. They make a cook to order hot gyro and put it in a room temperature pita. If the pitas were soft and warm like true fresh pita bread, say in a Greek restaurant, this would be five stars.
The employee helping me was wearing an "in training" badge but did make recommendations and also pointed out that I could get the regular pita for the price of a small since it was the special of the day. I appreciated that he pointed that out.
this place is ok. good for people watching their diet. I would recommend it if your dieting. The resturant is new but the staff seems to know what they are doing. I swear the nutrition facts is good on this place. Don't expect anything really really good IMOl its great for a snack.

Three-stars for average fast food joint, this is a cut above so I'll call it four. Not that I'm comparing it to sit-down restaurants, this is basically a Mediterranean Quizno's. For non-fast-food in the same style, you'll do better at Falafel Etc (probably the best in the area) or Zorba.
Clever packaging makes it easy to eat your pita. You can choose with all kinds of custom additions - tadziki, hummus, several kinds of vinagrette, hot sauce, caesar sauces. The sauces were flavorful and distinctive. You can also choose to add pepperoncinis, grilled mushrooms or onions, olives, etc. They also offer salads and "flat baked" pitas - aka mini-pizzas.
The lettuce/tomato/cucumber are distinctly fresh and not that sad "rejected by the salad bar" that you get at many fast-food places. The falafels were only so-so, and the gyro meat is food-service style. Employees are still learning the ropes, so the line moved a bit slow but I'm sure that will change over the next few weeks.
*** Although there are two pages for this place, I am reviewing on this page because Judy reviewed it first according to date. :)
This placer is so similar to subway, my mom asked if they were owned by the same parent company. The employee said no... but it is the same, just with pita bread. The guy helping us was nice and because the store is so new, everything was in really good shape.
There was only one choice for vegetarian eaters here, which I thought was weird for a pita place. I just imagined more variety. I got the veggie pita and there was an option of heating some of the veggies on the grill. I did it... I highly recommend it; it added a lot to the pita with the center being warm.
There is a nice choice of stuff to put in it... even pineapple, which was really good. The pita was big enough to fill me up.
I would go back...
