$65 per night on priceline, although the sign behind the door in our room says $400. Me thinks not.
Bring your own shampoo as it is not provided. Smoke alarm sensitive. Here's tip: warm up leftover pizza in the microwave and not over the stove.
Caution, windows are EXTREMELY difficult to close. Smallest television I've seen in a hotel--19 inches!

We were a little late on the ball to get a hotel for the weekend of the Temecula Wine and Balloon Festival so since all the hotels in the area were booked- the Extended Stay America Temecula Wine County was what we decided to call home!
I guess we have been spoiled in the past with our experiences with hotels with kitchenettes being big, spacious, and new. This studio was small, cramped, and run down. The sheets and pillows were thin.
I have to say- the front desk was very nice and welcoming to me. My boyfriend went in and checked in before I did earlier in the afternoon and i had a key left for me at the front desk.
The room reminded me of a small NYC apartment. One of those- the kitchen is in the bedroom kind of places. The TV was tiny, and the bed was hard as a rock, but I guess it was fine for what we needed for the weekend which was a place to crash after many long hours at the festival.
I have not spent much time in the area- but it seemed to be convenient to where the excitement was. we went out in the old town area which was only 5 minutes away.
We felt as though the rates were high-- but I am sure it was just because it was a busy weekend.
