I've stayed here twice now, and the place is a perfectly serviceable hotel, as long as you understand what you're getting.  There are no frills - basic cable, no free continental breakfast, no room service, no wakeup calls...there isn't even daily maid service.  What you do get is a clean room with a full kitchen, and a price that - as far as I can tell - is cheaper than any hotel that doesn't have hourly rates.
In spite of being in a darkened, shady neighborhood just off Aurora, I see no signs that the parking area isn't secure...no grafitti or broken glass, and it's reasonably well lit.
The room was completely clean - no complaints in that department.  The bed was firm and not very comfortable to sit on, but I slept very well both nights I was here, and didn't notice any noise bleeding through the walls and ceiling.  The pillows were a bit soft and undersized, but not terribly so.
My sole complaint is over their internet service.  This is, at least on the surface, a business hotel.  But their internet access is governed by a password, and it costs an extra $5 for access.  Then, once you enter the password, it's an unsecured connection (at least according to my security software), so I didn't feel comfortable accessing anything with a password.  Personally, I think something so trivial as internet should be included in the room rate.
Regardess, it's comfortable enough, and the price is right, so I'll be back.

I was lucky enough to stay at this hotel with a friend for a few nights when traveling to see her.

The cost was VERY reasonable, the room was large, the staff could NOT have been nicer.   I've paid more for less.

The neighborhood wasn't that bad, but it is off the beaten track a bit.

The WiFi was a little hard to get into, since you have to get the password at the front desk, and if they're closed, you're SOL.

A friend rented a room for a few days and I was delighted to join him for a few notes.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming to us. Our check in transaction was very smooth. Extra pillows were available easily, and the staff checked in on our other needs when we asked for them.

I dont know what the cost was as I didnt pay, and since we did not bring a car we can't answer in regards to the break ins. I will say it is near Aurora so it wouldnt surprise me of cars were broken into.

The big draw? It's clean. It's near Aurora and its well kept up. I didnt feel like it was an Aurora hooker hotel.
