day 27 its a lil past midnight...

this is my last night here in okc. my stay at extended stay was great. if you have never stayed at these hotels before, they are perfect for business people and families. its like an apartment. its not a suite. its more like you got your bed, living room area, kitchen, and a big bathroom.

you can rent it out by the day, week, or month. it has a pool and exercise room but think of it as an apartment when you are away. so its not like luxury or a place for a getaway or something, but if you want a homey feel, like renting a condo or something, this is perfect. and i got a great deal on it online. its pretty clean, but like a real apartment, you gotta bring your own shampoo and lotions and other essentials. like they dont even have a memo pad like most hotels. but they do have the gideons bible. its funny in utah they had the book or mormon in my room.

but they got microwave, coffee maker, internet (not necessarily free), an iron, ironing board, big closet and shelves, laundry room, etc. like the name says, its great for extended stays. wish they had this in hawaii...

i may try to just stay at extended stay throughout my trip when i don't have a couch to surf on. my next stop will be tenessee and i will either be staying at an extended stay or at graceland with the king. someone told me with my asshole glasses on i look like a korean elvis. kelvis?
