I don't know what the last person was talking about - 5 stars by a$$! This place is a total dive. I agree with ALL the other people (except Angelika H. who I am not even sure is anyone but someone who works there or hell maybe is part of the "new management") who stated their worst nightmare was walking into this place.

We paid them extra to give is clean towels and clean the room daily (which thank God was only for 2 nights) so that was fine, but the place was overall just grimy!

Let's see.....smelly pillows (like who knows how long since they have been washed!) the linens also smelled (thankfully I brought my own sheets!), the dishes were dirty, few utensils were offered, we had to ask for pots & pans, dish soap, and what is the deal with 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week?! LMAO that was too funny!

The walls are paper thin - and apparently some weirdo was outside out front door  one night (a co-worker let us know) I guess listening to us (creepy!), there was a leaky faucet in the bathtub that kept me fully annoyed anytime the door was open. No shampoo or conditioner offered or available. The iron board stunk like I don't know what, but it was nasty!

All in all, I was so damn happy to have gotten the hell out of there you could not PAY me to stay in that place again. I am just glad I had amazing company or I would have probably killed something - something else other than the bug in the bathroom (another highlight of my trip to the ES-America). I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Do yourself a favor - go to the Marriott that place rocks!

Where do I start... I came here from a Candlewood because it was a little cheaper and I guess you get what you pay for out here. There was black hair all over, probably from the maids. They are missing some of the dishes that are supposed to be here. the air conditioner is very loud and the air it puts out stinks the room up. The funiture is broken and chipped, and one of the beds is sagging and not really useable. Rooms are overall dirty and stained. Have a golf course side room and you can hardly see out of the nasty windows! The shower leaks out of the faucet and head when you pull the shower knob so there is little water pressure.  The toilet runs all the time and you need a pipewrench to shut off the shower so it doesn't leak as well, the only thing green about this hotel would probably be the mold thats in the walls! The TV only has like 12 channels of which two are latino, three are ESPN, and three are national news channels. The washers dont hold any clothes and there are four of them. There are 6 dryers of which only 3 are in service at any time. The other three are out of service and have been for weeks. they are about 1970s models. The best thing about this hotel is the Hooters next door and the food isn't worth a dam there either. Please take the advice of the reviews and AVOID IF POSSIBLE!

I recently visited the Extended Stay America, the hotel is under new management and is fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay there again. Excellent customer service, rooms are clean and the management is great.

Summary:
Negatives:
- Unreliable hot water.
- Staff refused to replace towels during stay
- Front desk refused to give second key to room
Positives:
- Drunks in lobby did not break into room
- Didn't have to worry about housekeeping entering room.
- Generously kept us from over sleeping by using walkway in front of window for carting garbage & laundry.

I guess that pretty much sums it up.  We stayed 3 days/2 nights.  The first evening we asked for new towels and they said they were "out."  The next day we asked and were told they only give them to guests who stay 3 nights.  When we asked someone else, we were told they were saving the clean towels for the new guests.

We also asked for a second key.  They said they'd get one for us "later."  Never got it.  There was an hour or so in the mornings when we had no hot water.

When we checked in and each night, there was at least one drunk guy slurring his words and talking to or hitting on anyone who walked by.

Overall, I can't think of a worse experience at a hotel.

Possibly the worst hotel I've ever experienced. I was unfortunate enough to be stuck in this place for several weeks, and despite my NUMEROUS attempts to have my room properly cleaned, it never happened. I had a popcorn kernel that I purposely left on my floor for several weeks to see when it would be cleaned up. It was still there when my company finally found another hotel for me to move to. Management seemed to treat my complaints, and the complaints of my employers and client, as though we were being ridiculous to expect the floor to be vacuumed, sheets to be changed, and towels to be laundered more than once a week, especially when they're weekly "cleaning" was never properly performed. I shouldn't have to specifically request that my toilet be cleaned. In addition, no one mans the desk after 10pm, and the side door of the hotel was routinely found propped open in the morning, allowing ANYONE to come in throughout the night. Furniture and bedding was routinely stained, as well, and the tv was broken. All complaints were essentially ignored. It warrants one star in that it provided the basic necessity of a roof over my head.
