If I could give this place a -5 review, I would. We asked for late check in and were told until midnight was ok. 10:45pm, no one there. Waited 45 minutes and 2 people showed up. We were tired after a 14 hour drive and were given a room on the 3rd floor. No elevator. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Terrible. Found through http://www.Hotels.com
