My only issue with Extended Stay is I initially made a reservation for the Woburn location and they accepted then called me and told me they were sold out. They called the Burlington location and got us a room there but it was further than where I was at.
However, I can not hold this against them because they did rectify the situation.
This establishment was pretty OK, clean and spacious rooms, big bathroom area, full mirrors, comfy bed. The bedding could be a little better but that inst anything to bad. Free parking close to mall and restaurants not badly priced. I did notice there weren't any kitchenware in the kitchen tho it had a stove and fridge.
That is interesting. All in all I would say go for it. It is great location near the highway, maybe only 25min from Boston, In a great location as far as dinning, shopping and activities. Actually couldn't be better. I am upping it a star. I initially rated it a 3 but because of all the surrounding Ill add one to total 4.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 31, 2022
Extremely terrible experience. I would avoid this at all costs and recommends everyone to do the same.
They overcharged me for an extra night and customer service is completely useless so I couldn't even get a refund, claiming that I signed the receipt.
They even gave me the wrong room and I walked in on someone else's occupied room... extremely unprofessional, unsafe, and embarrassing. They also only gave me 1 bed instead of the requested 2 but they were overbooked so they couldn't do anything about it.
I would rather stay sleep in my car lol.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Krista C.Woburn, MA345Jan 10, 2024
RUN FAST!! Filthy rooms, stains on sheets & towels, floor has food crumbs on it near the kitchen area, bathroom was disgusting. The staff does nothing here you are told you get housekeeping after 2 weeks of stay, they make you bring all your towels to the front desk and give attitude when you ask for anything. The entire building smells like rotten eggs 24/7 even with our window open the smell wouldnt leave. This hotel is hosting the migrants and they shouldnt even bother with paying customers based off all the reviews because clearly the non payers are the ones being guven the hospitality. I felt like I was in a bad dream for 24 hrs.

Non existent amenities. Internet and cable are sporadically lost. Pillows are flat as pancakes. Blankets are not even blankets. Bedspreads nonexistent. curtains smell like smoke from the 1950s. Housekeeping staff is rude and theft in rooms is a regular occurrence.
There is are to vending machines for your dining pleasure.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Emma P.Boston, MA02Sep 3, 2023
It's too bad 0 is not an option because that is what this place deserves. Please believe ALL the negative reviews because they are telling you the truth. We spent 8 days there and it was shocking what we saw. From the moment you walk into the lobby you notice the filth on the floor, smell pot coming from the hallway. Yes, I said pot. Only one of the elevators seemed to be working. The soda machine stole your money. When I reported it, te person said they forgot to put a note that it was out of order but never did and never refunded money. The phone in our room didn't work, there was a huge stain in the rug. We never had our room cleaned while we were there. We had a No Smoking room but our bathroom smelled like pot every night. Finally, the cleaning lady showed up on checkout day and hung around outside our room then opened it while I was loading the car downstairs and my daughter was in it he room. When my daughter told me, I questioned her and she said that the front desk had told her we had left, even though we had not turned in our keys yet. Moral of the story? DO NOT STAY at Extended Stay in Burlington. P.S. The police were there twice during our stay.

Additional photos to backup previous review. Was unable to stay here. Ended sleeping in my van in the parking lot, then moved to the Sonesta ES.
Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0Aug 22, 2020Previous reviewIt's cheap at $55 per night, but it's really disgusting. I don't think they do regular cleaning, never mind extra cleaning & sanitizing for COVID. I booked this for 2 months, but I honestly don't think I can stay here. This room was not cleaned. It's really grossing me out.

I would suggest you stay away from this hotel. Dirty from the moment you walk into the lobby, elevator, room bathroom... Not for the business traveler regardless of the rate!

Room was disgusting. Smelled like shit, broken toilet and no one did anything about it. The room didn't provide anything besides soap nothing else. The place is sketchy as hell. Will definitely not be staying there again

Do not listen to the reviews there is no way these other people have stayed here long. This place was an absolute disaster from the start where do I begin. It is not clean at all, there were blonde hairs from someone else on every towel that we used and we both have brown hair. The floors were completely dirty when we walked on them, they seem like they were never swept or cleaned. There were spider webs next to and beside the bed. There was a dry dirty contact lens on the nightstand and we both have perfect vision so not from us. Someone had fruit in the kitchen and left the fruit stickers on the counter and we did not have any fruit. I would comment on the quality of bedding but at this point that would be the least of our concerns. The thing to top it all off was that every 12 hours at 11:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. the fire alarm would go off and be extremely loud throughout the entire facility and nobody knew how to fix it, we had to wait for the fire department every time to come before they can shut it off. A guest in front of us was complaining that this had been going on all week. So at the very least if a hotel was completely filthy you could at least sleep but not here! I have stayed in the Boston area before and this is the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Please listen to this warning and stay anywhere else.
Seriously look at my reviews and history I have never left a bad review until today that's that's how bad this isHelpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mike C.Revere, MA5189Apr 1, 2019
Pros: It's cheap. A room will run you around $110.
Cons: The hotel is outdated, smells like boiled potatoes, dirty, beds are uncomfortable and small, no extra blankets or pillows. TV is old and some lights did not work. Poor WiFi, absolutely no amenities!
Other than being inexpensive there is nothing positive to say about Extended Stay. If I could give it zero stars I would.
I'm writing this while in the hotel bed and let me tell you if I lived nearby I would gladly drive home and let them keep my money. We literally found garbage under the bed.
My advice is to pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0
