Express Auto Insurance

I've been with Express Auto for about 5 years now. Chris is always super helpful and takes the time to answer any questions I have. He always goes the extra mile. He has saved me money on my policies and done a great job anytime something changes or I have a request. Highly recommend them for your car insurance needs. They do a great job!

Great guys, very personable definetly would recommend. they insured my 83 volvo, and had the best rates. check them out if your in the bay area and looking for a better insurance company.

These guys have been great helping me out with any insurance questions I have had. I recently was looking for renters insurance and Jon and Chris were quick to respond and very reasonable! They are great to work with and I highly recommend getting a quote from them!

I was previously with another insurer that was charging me quite a bit. When I contact Express they told me that not only were my rates very high, but that I was over-insured. Buy going with a reasonably priced carrier and getting the correct amount of insurance my home and auto insurance were both cut in half. Plus the service is great, every time I call Chris or Jon answer my questions quickly and professionally. I am very happy with Express Auto Insurance and recommend them to everybody.

My best friend and her boyfriend referred me to Chris at Express Auto Insurance. She has been singing songs of praise about Express for years now and refers EVERYONE she knows to them. It took me a while, but once i finally called, I don't know why i didn't go through Express sooner ... and now I'm referring everyone I know too. They have AMAZINGly low rates, great customer service, and they're quick. I love them!

Sitting outside their office right now at 9:43am and they're not open, the sign is off, the door is locked, no one is answering the phone, and their hours say they're supposed to be open.

The owner, Jon Santos, just sent me a message asking me to change my rating just because "the ratings mean a lot to" him. Yeah, I can see that from the way he waited *3 weeks* to message me. All he did in his message was say sorry for not being open (without explaining WHY they weren't since every available website says that they should've been open at that specific time--even now the hours say they should've been open at 9:30) and give me his phone number telling me to call him. Seriously? This is a review for your business and if you aren't there when your own business hours say you're supposed to be, I'm not changing my rating just because you don't show up for work on time. They're apparently "working very hard to correct this problem" when they could literally do it in 10 seconds. If I could give him zero stars for asking me to change my rating, I would.

Wow, this guy is full of excuses and talk around. No, it wasn't the "exact moment I chose to come to the office." It was the time your business hours say you're open. I called your office a handful of times before going. That's the reason I decided to just go and try to buy insurance; no one ever answered the phone (again, during the hours they are supposedly open and at different times on two different days). Not to mention that I sometimes end up driving by when they're supposed to be open (around 10am) and a lot of times the light isn't on. Was I "selling something?" How ridiculous. What is even your point about my other ratings? Spit it out. You're really this upset about getting one bad review? Or because I called you out on not being in your office during business hours and asking me to change my rating for no reason? Maybe then just show up and answer your phone when you're hours say you're open. It's not that hard.

Ive been with Express Insurance for over 10 years. I even moved out of the bay area and still use express for a reason. Amazing prices and customer service. there isnt a better place for for insurance needs

We love Express Insurance! They have been taking care of our insurance needs for over ten years and we wouldn't trust anyone else! It is nice to be able to call someone like Jon, the owner, or Chris to ask questions or make changes to our policies. They always have our best interests in mind. And we can go to them to take care of our DMV needs as well, which saves us time and long wait times at the DMV. I would recommend Express Insurance to anyone!
