I really enjoy exotic faces, the staff is very friendly and care about you. The owner Ashia is a pure delight. Try there other locations such as emeryville and Antioch very sweet ladies. Richmond location may be small but the ladies are a pure joy. I actually frequent the Antioch location where Dee not only does my hair but eyebrow waxing and whatever else I need to feel pampered. I recommend exotic faces to anyone. There's always negativity but try the other two locations and maybe you will feel more at ease.
The salon is a little janky, and the neighborhood is pretty sketchy (dressed in baggy sweats, I got harassed by creepers several times on the 1 block walk from my car), but Candy sure does great eyebrows! Considering that future waxes will only be $15, I'm impressed.
I frequent this day spa because of the customer service. It is not a very big location but it has a lot of character. What I look for is character and customer service. I came there a few times and loved it! Jessica installed my eyelashes at least three times. They were spectacular! All of my friends wanted to know who did my lashes and I told them exactly where to go. I am looking forward to returning soon. You should too!
Calling this place a "spa" is a real stretch. It's in a run-down neighborhood with bars on the doors and windows. The staff is friendly and seem competent. My eyelash extensions, however, came off in about 2 weeks taking my real lashes with them. It would have been helpful to get some instruction on the best way to care for them. The long process of having the lashes applied was done in what appeared to be a garden lounge chair in a small cinder block room. Not very luxurious or relaxing and definitely not like most spas I've been to. Overall, I think the staff is nice, but I won't be going back. Perhaps, the Hayward location is nicer.

I have had my eyebrows handled by many people prior to Aisha. Aisha is by far the best- hands down. In addition to doing a great job, she is very nice professional and she has great energy.
