Best prices in town but you have to know what you want. Look through  their catalog or website before you go in to make it easier on yourself. I have had mixed results with their sale people with a few bad experiences, including buying my last Klein frame from them. They kept trying to sell me a new crankset when all I needed was a new bottom bracket.  They tend to cater to the high-end buyer and it shows sometimes in their sales people.

If you know what you are talking about, this is the best place to get all things road bike related.  The staff is knowledgeable, but they usually arent interested in helping out newbies.  The prices and inventory are awesome.
