      Rude service!! Drivers to and from the airport were courteous and safe drivers, the office staff was incredibly rude!

      Nightmare travel day brought my wife, my 4 year old and I in 2 1/2 hours late to EWR, and after baggage mix up, we just wanted to be picked up to get our vehicle and make the 15 minute ride home to get our son to bed. This company does not pick up at the designated 'OFF AIRPORT PARKING' stops, which are located just outside baggage claim on the lower level (the most convenient place it seems for weary travelers) instead you have to schlep up three flights with your bags to meet them at an obscure location on the DEPARTURE level!! I happened to have lost my ticket, and when I called and offered my last name or original reservation number I was rudely told that neither would help; when I asked if the shuttle could make a special stop in this situation (2 AM with 4 bags, 3 carry-ons, a 4 year old and a stroller), the woman on the other end of the line repeated that they only pick-up at the spot mentioned above with a very condescending attitude. What she neglected to say was that it was on the 3rd level, door 5, so we went to the 2nd level and called again and again was treated rudely. When we finally made it to the proper location, we found the driver sitting waiting for us with an empty van!! And why couldn't he have made a special stop for us?? I suspect there is a fee the Port Authority charges the parking companies that they are beating by inconveniencing their customers. My wife's SUV looked like it was parked under a berry bush for a month. The price is hard to beat though, and sadly I will probably park here again in the future, just a little wiser to the routine and prepared for the behavior of some of the staff.

      This company accidentally left my rear window down on my sequoia. I came back to my trunk drenched. They tried blaming me, luckily there are cameras and then they admitted that they could be at fault but there's nothing they could do. Welp guess I'll just leave negative reviews everywhere. Congratulations you played yourself. I got the time today. I guess there's 2 EWR parking companies on Yelp so I'll leave 1 star on both. Even though they deserve negative stars.

      0 stars !!!!! Although the price was inexpensive, the service was not. Waited for over 45 mins for shuttle to arrive despite advertising its shuttle are every 15 mins. Do not use this company is the best advice I can give !

      If there's a beyond negative star rating, I would rate this service that. Some of their drivers are VERY, VERY RUDE!! Driving is crazy!! This driver (evening shift) made us feel unsafe. His manners are truly TERRIBLE!!

      If I could give zero stars, I would. The shuttle to the airport dropped us off at arrivals and picked us up at departures. With our baggage and young children, this could have easily been switched. When we went to pick up the car after our trip, the car had been moved - this, in and of itself is not an issue, however the car wouldn't start upon turning the key! The guy in the office stated we would have to wait for the shuttle driver to see if he would give us a jump. Everything seemed very shifty and suspicious. I will not park here again.

      Deserves negative stars. EVERYTHING about this place is horrible. The Egyptian shuttle driver Hasid yells at people and gets almost physical with people.
      Silly is the office frontman for this scam and is a true dirtbag. their pricing is deceptive as they say $5.99 a day with a $5 gas charge for the shuttle yet my e day stay turns out to be $57.64?
      How does $5.99 x 3 + $5 $22.97 + tax equal $57.64?
      Completely illegal business tactics, I will be calling the Newark district attorney, BBB, NJ business business council and the Airport transportation dept and do everything I can to shut these guys down.
      Their website asks to pay online to reserve your spot, then the people at the location want to run your card again saying the website charge was just a "hold" and not a real charge when it was a full charge.

      DO NOT GO HERE, the pricing scam is actually more expensive than the Airport long term parking rates. This place advertises $5.99 a day plus a one time $5 fuel shuttle rate when they really charge $19.25 a day and the Newark long term economy is is $9 a day and premium is $20 a day.

      Scumbags link this pull this scam as when people come, park their car and already have their luggage out ready for shuttle pick up and then find out the real pricing they don't have the time to pack their luggage and find a legitimate parking spot before their flight and that's how these bums continue to get away doing this to people.

      I had parked here before with little incident. This time they simply said "Sorry, overbooked" no recourse, no solution, just you have to find another parking lot!

      Imagine being greeted by this sign as you are trying to catch a flight!

      There is only one shuttle van and it is disgustingly filthy and stinks! I didn't even want to sit down on the seats. The wait time is ridiculous since there is only one shuttle van. This was my first time at this shuttle service, and I will NEVER again park here. For all the money they make, they should purchase newer vans with leather seats, so you don't have the stains and horrible smell.

      Only park your car here if you do not car about your car. I came back from vacation with scratches to my bumper and side door. I was able to buff some of the white paint out but obviously not the scratches. My bumper is also out of place. When I arrived to this place I knew I made the wrong choice but I had to catch my flight so I left my car reluctantly. They are rude and do not provide you with instruction. All the cars are stacked so closely and obviously who ever is retrieving them is not skilled at handling cars in such over packed/cramped parking conditions. I called the manager who said to send him the photos and then he can discuss what to do. I sent the photos and he never answered or responded ever again.

      I am lucky because other cars have had worse damage caused by EWR parking. Petal is ignoring me. I received no reimbursement.

      The worst!! Filthy lot and transport van. Unreliable on pickup and our car was dirty because they parked it under a tree full of birds so you can imagine how the car looked. And no apologies or compensation!! Stay away from this farce of a parking lot.

      This place deserves zero stars!! Dropping off was fine. Picking up my car was a hassle. First nobody picked up the phone (for over an hour) for the shuttle pickup. So I had to take a taxi to the lot. Secondly, the parking lot was unsecured (the gate was wide open) anybody could of walked in. When somebody finally showed up there was no apology or nothing. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO USE THIS BS OPERATION!!
