The Eustis Pool Hall definitely isn't a place you'll stumble upon while traveling; however, it's one of the best little "hole-in-the-wall" Mexican joints in the area. Locals drive up to 30-40 miles to this little town for the food. Don't expect anything fancy here, just good food and good small town atmosphere.
Best thing about the Pool Hall - the nachos - flour tortillas lightly fried until that perfect blend of soft and crisp, and then smothered in nacho cheese and jalapeños! If you still have room after the appetizer, the HUGE beef & bean burritos smothered in green chili will do the job. They also have the typical American grill options for the haters in the group.
While the service is VERY slow on a busy night, it is well worth the drive (unless you just happen to be in Eustis) and the long wait.
