It really depends who you see at this location. I've had great experiences with Allie and unfortunately I was called day of appointment to let me know she was out they offered me a "very experienced" aesthetician same day. I should have waited. I don't recommend Christina. I left and there was stubble everywhere - it wasn't a wax because shaving would have done a better job and wasn't worth the expensive payment or the pain. She was also quite judgey. Now I have to wait for the stubble to grow out before I can get it fixed and it's uncomfortable. If this was my first experience I wouldn't ever go back but I will go back for Allie and only her at this point and don't trust the front desk aesthetician recommendations going forward

I was late for 10 minutes because of traffic. The the woman who opened the door for me was rude and did not let me in and canceled my appointment saying that I was late.

I have been going to European wax for a while! I love it! But hands down Monique is my favorite !!! She is awesome! She always directs me in the right way as far as taking care of my skin! Because of her I feel super comfortable with future waxing services. I look forward to my next appointment!!!

I have been seeing Heidi at EWC for a few months now and couldn't be happier with the services. She does a great job every time and always explains the products she's using and how they can help with my sensitive skin. I highly recommend Heidi!

I received an eyebrow wax at this location and was very happy with the result. The woman at the front desk was friendly. Definitely worth checking out since your first wax is free!

I Love this place! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I see Heidi about once a month and would never go anywhere else. I have tried many different wax places but this one is by far the best and lasts the longest!

Fernanda is the best! I've been going to her for over 3 years and from the beginning she has been friendly and always does a fantastic job. She makes the experience as pain-free as possible and is always sure to explain new procedures before she begins. I've always felt very comfortable around her.
That being said, once when Fernanda was unavailable, I saw another waxer for my eyebrows. She was in a rush, had the wax too hot, which pulled up some skin and left sores on my brow bone when I got home. (I never had this problem before) For the most part, I will always go to EWC Westport, if Fernanda is there.

Booking online or calling in is easy. Canceling ore re-scheduling is also easy. I like the point system and often use my earned points toward future wax passes. Clean place, attentive front desk.

I am consistently impressed with the patience and precision of Johanna. She takes her time and sympathizes with the pain and makes sure that I am happy with the results.

I see Tanya for all my waxing needs and she is so wonderful! So nice, super friendly, and non-judgmental. She really puts me at ease, which says a lot considering what you go through to get waxed. She really is fantastic and the main reason why I keep returning.

Yeah, they try and sell you products but honestly it's not their fault. It's part of their job. Just say no. No one has ever pushed me hard.
