My mom is a developer and recently completed a custom-built home using European Cabinets for her entire kitchen. We are thrilled with the result and service of this company! We've built many homes and like to try new designs and trends each time. We were referred to European Cabinets by our interior designer, who always knows how to scope out high quality design but at more reasonable prices.
We found Robert to be very easy to work with. The entire process went smoothly, from the initial design to installation. The only warning I would give is to allow for 4 months of lead time; it is important to place your order quite in advance if you wish to ensure no hiccups with the timing of your project.
Robert's crew was very patient, knowledgeable, and able to give helpful advice in the design process. He worked well with our interior designer to ensure a smooth design process.
Installation was very professional as well. What stands out the most though, is their high customer service. They are always there to help resolve problems and give sound advice on how to handle any issues. We would highly recommend them. -

We worked with Robert and his wife to design our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room cabinets. They are very nice people and have good taste in design. We spent far more than we would have otherwise to get these cabinets but the look is good. One thing we did not anticipate was that
they failed to design a space for our garbage can in the kitchen. Since they designed the kitchen to "disappear" behind beautiful cabinets, we now have two garbage cans on the floor around the island to make up for the lack of design sense when they created our kitchen. Also, follow-though and service have been issues. Finally, the handle on our freezer door is already loose. Buyer beware; watch all the details here! -

Excellent service, super professional, amazing products, and great prices. We tore down a wall in our kitchen and got cabinets from Cabinets by Design. Amazingly enough, their prices were comparable or better than Scavolini Kitchens, but the service was above and beyond. They visited our place several times, and provided valuable advice regarding design, as well as architectural advice. They have this amazing program that lets you see the design in 3D on a big screen. The showroom is great, if you want to have an idea of what the cabinets/accessories/even countertops would look like. The product is top-notch quality, cabinets made in Italy. Designs are beautiful and unique, they close quietly and automatically, and accessories look beautiful. Ilya, Robert, and Alexandra went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the design and installation, and recommended products from paint colors to countertops to tile. Our kitchen looks WOW.
