Okay honestly I can't believe that this is even listed here. For those that may not know, this is the internal food service vendor on-site at NUMMI. It is unfortunate though that many of you will not get a chance to try the "Eurest dining experience...!"

It is safe to say that the food at lunch and dinner here is alright. It serves its purpose to feed the thousands of NUMMI employees quickly and efficiently within a 45 min lunch period. But there is even something that half of NUMMI employees will never try and that is a NUMMI breakfast made by Carrie.

Carrie works the grill in the main cafeteria of the Admin building only during breakfast between 5am-9am. She makes the BEST pancakes ($1.95) and breakfast burritos ($3.50) I have honestly ever tasted. Going on pancakes alone I can say they're better than IHOP, the Pancake house, and Denny's. They sometimes have pancake specials where she'll make them with blueberries and bananas but you can also order them outside the days the offer "the special." It comes with melted butter and hot maple syrup on the side, but if you want she'll also brush it with a good slather of butter. The pancake covers the entire plate and I can never finish it. When other people at the cafeteria attempt to make pancakes (when shes out on break) it doesn't even come close, so I don't even order, I wait until she comes back.

Not feeling like pancakes? Then you have to get her breakfast burrito... I get it with all bacon, but they offer all the typical breakfast meats (ham, sausage, links) its same is the story with the pancakes, its only good when Carrie makes it, otherwise its okay cafeteria food. I like to say and many agree with me, she makes it with "soul" it is a true soul food experience when she cooks. That is my "Eurest dining experience...!"
