K9 BNB

Our pup Sierra had the best time staying with K9 BNB for 9 days while we were out of town. They were so sweet and took pictures and videos of her to share while we were gone. The owner and staff genuinely love dogs and enjoy what they do. It was clear how happy our puppy was when we came to pick her up. We will definitely be bringing her back in the future!

Why a find Sally is! We just moved to Reno two weeks before a long-planned trip to Europe. One of our two dogs is a rescue who had been badly abused, so she is very nervous and doesn't always do well with a kennel environment.

Sally was so patient with her, and the smaller number of dogs helped her anxiety as well. We did a "test run" overnight and then we're able to leave them for two weeks with no worries! The facility is clean and bright, and the dogs have outside play time in a secure run. They were not mixed with other dogs, which made me feel so much better!

I don't even know how to begin this to adequately express what an amazing experience we had with K9 BNB. They are a smaller facility with personal care provide by Sally. From the very first phone call, Sally was amazing to deal with. Very personable. Super easy to communicate with!

Our dogs require a little bit of personalized care (as in, we have one old man & one with food aggression). Sally listened to our needs and we had an amazing vacation knowing our pups were in good hands. We texted occasionally throughout the boarding, giving us peace of mind that our pets were happy and safe.

I truly have nothing but great things to say about Sally & her boarding facility! Highly recommended!

One tip- Read the paperwork she sends you. They are a short drive from town and the directions are VERY HELPFUL! Google maps will get you to the general vicinity but her map and instructions gives the specifics that will make her easier to find.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I cannot say enough good things about Sally and her kennel services. I have been taking our precious golden retriever to Sally for over 5 years. She is the ONLY kennel that our dog gets truly excited about going to. She goes the extra mile when he has been ill with stomach ailments, texts me updates when we travel (we have traveled to Europe, and other far away places for extended periods), feeds quality treats, and truly cares for animals.

No need to go anywhere else. Worth the extra mile!!!

We wouldn't trust our pups with anyone else! Sally cares for them as if they were her own and gives each one special attention! Because this is a smaller operation than the other boarding spots in town, she can actually spend time with the pups, which is so comforting. We also have two pups that would be lost if they weren't able to sleep together and Sally is able to combine two of her kennels into one so they can be near each other at all times.

This spot is definitely worth the couple minutes extra drive time!!!

Sally has been taking care of my pup Lucy for years. Every time I have to go out of town, I can do so without worrying about my Lucille. She's always in great hands. Now that Lucy is older, she has some health issues. Sally is always very attentive to make sure Lucy doesn't over-exert herself. Lucy's always happy to go to K9BnB, and happy when I pick her up again. The doggies know.

Sally has a small capacity boarding area with lots of room for TLC. I boarded my nearly full grown puppy for a few nights. I was very comfortable as the kennels are not overwhelming with lots of dogs. Each dog get plenty of yard time. Sally is passionate about dogs with over 40 years experience. She provides a comfortable and caring home away from home.

We are still using K9 BnB and I can't speak highly enough of the service Sally provides. Recently I had to travel with work while my dog was going through treatment. Sally stepped in and took care of all the appointments and after care. It was above and beyond and highlights her dedication and care of her boarders and her customers.
