Unfortunately,  this company doesn't care about customer service. we have had a horrible buying experience.  The items we purchased and requested delivery on were not delivered on the day requested. When we contacted the establishment, we were told that some of our purchased items were sold to another person and that we were out of luck. Since we  had purchased multiple items, we asked in good faith, that the remaining items to be delivered minus the delivery cost. Our salesperson needed to contact management to get it approved.  Management came  back and and told us that we could not have the other items either because they have decided they were not for sale.

When we asked for a refund  we were told that our check was already deposited and that we needed to place a stop payment.  The salesman was as helpful as he could be but the management was unwilling to work with us and were completely rude.  We will never work with this company again!!

I suggest that if you were to purchase anything from them it should be carried out the door with you.
