Fremont, CA

The day this place was closed was a dark day for East Bay burrito lovers. Esteban made the best burritos in Fremont. With this place closed and the taqueria by Kinko's closed as well, it seems that if you're in Fremont it seems that your only option for a burrito that is consistent is Chipotle.
That is the sad state of affairs when it comes to food in this town.
LOVED THIS PLACE. Closed now. Esteban is the man, even though he tricked me into eating a burrito full of cow testies once (its a delicacy?) he is still the man. And those testies were actually pretty good.

It's a shame they closed this place. My absolute favorite place to snag a burrito. Esteban mentioned that he was thinking about moving the shop to the Niles area. It's a shame that his landlord forced him out b/c he had an huge loyal gathering.
For those of you that don't know this was a Taqueria located across the street from Ohlone College. The taqueria was owned and operated by a single man named Esteban. The place was only open for a couple hours each day (maybe 11am to 2pm) but had a line out the door everyday. Landlord's increasing costs in the expensive Mission San Jose area got rid of this Fremont landmark.
Out of Biz now. quite possibly the best burrito I have ever put my chomps down into. seriously delicious. everything was fresh the place was amazing. i give it cinco stars.
i miss this place so much.. esteban's was one of my fav places to go eat at during lunch and i cant believe the landlord forced him out of there. it was probably the best local place t grab a burrito whenever u were craving for one..
