I really hate giving bad reviews, but I had such a bad experience at this salon. I was trying to find a new colorist (mine left to have 2nd child) and was referred to this place. There are about 3 or 4 stylists who all rent their chairs and come from salons in the city. I wanted soft chestnut highlights and specified "not BLONDE" - no likey. The guy was really nice; we shared stories and laughed. In the end, I just didn't have the heart to tell him "This is bloody awful!"  He was so happy with the results... and I had blonde streaks. YIKES! To add insult to injury, he charged more than Vidal Sassoon and diPietro Todd and only accepted cash or check so I had to run to the nearest ATM when all I really wanted to do was run and not look back.

Sadly, I had to wait a few weeks to correct the color. I'm now seeing someone in the city who is fantastic.
