I never stopped by here before because it seemed to be in a kind of strange location, with a gate in between two home offices...but it was beautiful inside!! comfortable swinging chairs, tables, and canopies are surrounded by serene landscaping and yummy coffee choices. Definitely I nice place to sit and read in a quiet garden environment.

Well I first wandered in because I had my eyes dilated and I couldn't see to drive, but what I DID see was this: Nirvana. In our beautiful city, I have found yet another sanctuary~ Owners that rock, grassy park-like walled garden, coffee so good it brought tears, canopy of umbrellas, gazebo, fire pit, big clean wooden chairs & chaises (think Indonesia) with white canvas cushions, fountain and soft music, free Wifi. I simply can't believe it. I will demand that every friend I have meet me there for a cup-o-something! You will not be sorry when you find your way into this lovely place.

If you live in the North Park, Hillcrest, University Heights area you should definitely check out this new, revamped outdoor coffee shop. Recently bought by two friends (the one I met is named Jeremy), this sweet, calming garden is exactly where I will be buying my morning mud. Dozens of big plants shade the large outdoor area, also equipped with umbrellas and plenty of places to sit. I sat on a cute and cozy swing next to a fountain, and it even had cup holders!
F-Starbucks, support our own!

More of a beautiful, relaxing garden with a surprisingly good coffee stand than a coffeeshop, this place is undoubtedly worth a visit or ten.
First of all, Espresso Garden is located next to a clothing store called Frock You. That made me laugh. I walked in to find a luscious garden filled with welcoming plants, cozy chairs, a porch/bench swing, tables, wireless internet, and cute puppies galore (seems like a popular spot to bring your pet dog for sure!). I saw lots of people reading, chatting, and doing work on their laptops. The atmosphere at Espresso Garden is inviting, warm, and peaceful.
I wish we had a place like this in SF.......
