I'm not a jeweler and I don't know tons about the business, but these people treat you right, and if something goes wrong, they take care of it.  Scuttlebutt is that they get stuff mailed to them from all over the country because they're so good.  Four stars instead of five simply because I don't know the business well enough to say how their selection stacks up.
