my roommates and i rent from matilla realty. heather showed us our place and she was great. she continued to be a great resource for us throughout the whole process. mark is the guy that we deal with when we call and need stuff done.
everyone seems to be pretty pleasant and knowledgeable. one of my roommates thinks that mark can be a little condescending, but i haven't had any problems yet. i think the handyman/plumber (ruben) is freaking AWESOME! not only is he friendly, not creepy, and good at what he does, one time our water heater broke on a sunday and he came in less than an hour and fixed it, after i was told that he couldn't get to it until at least monday or tuesday.
there's a convenient drop box for rent, everyone is always accessible by phone and so far i've had no complaints!
I met Tom & Dana this week during a property lease transaction. I ended up spending most of the afternoon in their office, during which time I became increasingly impressed with their patience (tested by me and my unforeseen complications!). I actually had a great time!
Dana and Tom are friendly and welcoming, professional and efficient. I learned an interesting fact about them after our business was completed: in 2006, they were ranked #1 for ERA teams in the entire state of California! And, 13th in the nation.
Based on my experience thus far with this team, it really does not surprise me.
Tom and Dana were extremely competent, honest and worked their ass off to get my home sold and closed in less then 60 days...Their approach to marketing was unbelievable...I think the first open house generated 45 prospects and within 30 days we had 3 offers. I would use them again in a heartbeat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
