This is a company that provides commercial laundry equipment to various buildings (like apartment complexes) and services them.
This place runs the Maytag washers and dryers in an apartment building that I've lived in. The price tag on the washers and dryers is rather steep--honestly, it's been more expensive than any other place I have lived that had on-site, coin-op. It's more on par with the cost at a laundromat.
However, I've found that this place is outstanding on the maintenance. The washers and dryers generally work pretty well. At one point, two of the dryers were not drying as well as they usually do, and they fixed it pretty quickly (they weren't even completely broken, just not working quite at 100%). Once I had a problem with the machine eating some of my coins, and the company also promptly addressed that problem and refunded me.
I would recommend this company. It doesn't get five stars because I still think their pricing in terms of the cost-per-load is a bit on the high side, and I've lived many places with cheaper, and fully adequate washers and dryers, but you definitely get what you pay for.
