WHAT???? I can't believe this placed closed!
I loved it here. :( -

It's hard not to be impressed with the splendor that is Entourage on American Lane.
Walking in, you see a marble wall with a waterfall running down - creating not only the pleasant sound of rushing water, but also that refreshing clean water feeling in the air that comes with it. It's one of my favorite things in the world.
We sat down and were handed a menu, and let me say - it was top notch. Quality ingredients, excellent food and a selection for whatever I was in the mood for. Sandwiches and soups and salads and the finer things in life.
For food this good, the prices are insanely reasonable. Plus, they have a three-course meal with a series of selections for each part - one for $16, which includes lighter stuff, or $19, which was a monster of things like calamari and steak and gelato for dessert. Just amazing.
I ended up getting the lobster bisque and a Caesar salad with chicken, both excellent, and really unique. The bisque was thicker than what I was used to and delicious, while the salad came with giant leafs, full things of cheese and grilled chicken. Wonderful.
We were also shown the upstairs rooms, which are meant for parties and meetings. Equally as classy as any part of the downstairs. Let me say, I would have a drink here everyday - especially if it was on someone else.
The only problem I had with this place was the name - Entourage on American Lane? Really? What does that even mean? I don't know but I know I don't like it. Still, it's not enough of an irrational hate to even dock it half of a star - much less a whole one. For you, poorly named restaurant, I give the best, since you gave it to me. Five stars!Listed in: Alex's Whirlwind Adventure…

I had really high hopes for this place and it fell a little flat...
If you are looking for a great martini and some yummy appetizers, this is the place for you. But if you are looking for a decent sized plate of food, this isn't the place.
My spicy pear martinis were fantastic and for $9 at a fancy place, you cannot beat that. Then, our Hoisin Calamari was great. Loved the sweet and spice on the plate. Our waiter was nice to tell us that the fried green bits were jalapenos, so if we wanted less heat, stay away from the greens!
Now dinner was different. I noticed right away that the menu wasn't very extensive, you either get an expensive salad, an expensive fish, or an expensive meat. I know this is an expensive place to eat, but places like Wildfire and Rosebud offer cheaper meals to accommodate for other guests... maybe Entourage should look at how dead it was on a Saturday night and reevaluate. My filets and crab cakes for $30 were insanely small and my boyfriend couldn't even taste the Cajun rub on his rib-eye.. lets not forget that they put the caramelized onions on my plate instead of his. The food was good, don't get me wrong, I just know I can get more for the same price at other locations.
Now, the end of the meal is where my opinion was sealed. We were done at 8:00, plates off the table and everything. Our waiter doesn't get us out of the place until 8:40--what a joke! And then, to top it off, he offers us a rewards card for a penny, we take it, he gives us a $25 off coupon, so we decide to use it and he gives it back saying its for the next time we come. Well, you should've told us that.
I will probably only be back for some martinis and if they send us a really good coupon. -

Pretty building... and their "First Fridays"... awesome comped buffet and live music.
Recommend the bar area for after work dinner and chill, the bar menu has a great sampling selection of their good food and seems to be delivered much faster than the restaurant... though the waiters can provide some occasional slapstick humor and antics.
And if you want more action, Barleycorn is down the road... -

I am somewhat torn about this place. I'm ok with the food, but the atmosphere....eek.
Upon first glance at the building...u don't kno whether to dine here or fly the fucking thing. i coulda sworn thats a rocket ship on the side of the place! to the moon alice!
No one appreciates a 15 minute wait after reservations were made, a whole fricking Seinfeld episode featured the subject. So i was already getting antsy. My temper explodes like the jis out of my cock once i reach orgasm.
The atmosphere is what i call Ram-esque. U know Ram in schaumburg? yea that ram, not the ram u do when u fuck your wife's little sister. What Ram is to sports bar, Entourage is to wannabe-upscale. Who serves hamburger and fries at upscale places anywyas?
The clienetele is OLD yo. Everyone at the bar area has gotta be over 40. Place is crawling with former blonde soccer moms turned to single MILF bimbos. All the guys looking to score dressed with sport jackets with their gut hanging out their pants, and feet wrapped with Italian alligator loafers. wtf? nevertheless, its fun to see 40+ year olds still in the dating game. Chicago bars must be to rough, so they all gather here.
I don't think this place is considered trendy at all. More like 80's contemporary. Yes i invented that. 80's contemporary NOT retro...ya dig bitches? -
Review from Tina T.
I recently had dinner here because I was in the Scumberg area and we were hungry and looking for a non-chain. Not that Entourage doesn't remind me of that kind of place, but we weren't in the mood to drive forever.
The experience was a bit better than the last time I was here, several years ago. We sat in the bar for dinner, as they had a band that was actually pretty good, in that John Mayer genre.
The crowd in the bar was different than the last time I was here - was it because it was a Saturday evening (date night) or was it because Entourage is no longer the new, cool place to hang for those Scumbergians? Who knows. But there were more couples in attendance, as well as your typical suburban families celebrating birthdays (why is it that women wear ugly mom sweatshirts to a place like this and then get up and dance?).
food was a bit tastier than last time. I especially enjoyed the tuna tartare appetizer salad, done in a unique "tower" presentation with veggies and assorted other goodies. I could have eaten two of those. I probably should have as the salmon was just average. But their preparation of bok choy was quite tasty - I found a new vegetable to love.
Pricey for the type of food you receive, but typical for this type of place. If I'm in the area, I might stop here but I can think of many other places I'd rather spend this kind of money at.Listed in: Please, Mommy, don't make me…

* Review is of brunch, not other meals
I wouldn't be so compelled to have brunch if it weren't for my http://restaurant.com $25 voucher (with a minimum of $35 purchase).
My husband and I joined my meetup dining out group recently and enjoyed the buffet brunch ($28 +). The fare is plentiful, fresh and varied. There's the typical omelette, prime rib and turducken station. Yes, turducken. There are 4 well-defined stations in the bar area, and traffic around these stations are well-managed.
My favorite meals were the salmon with capers, prime rib, and CHOCOLATE FRENCH TOAST. And the coffee is premium, too.
For a group of 14, the waiter and busboys were on top of their game, refilling unlimited drinks, water and coffee, and clearing our plates in timely fashion.
The dining room is classy, with high wood columns and modern light fixtures.
Would I return? Probably not unless I'm truly famished and someone else is picking up the tab. -
Review from Kitty L.
Wow, I'm sorry but I'm going to have to completely disagree with the other reviewers of this restaurant. My experience at Entourage was a complete and utter disaster.
The evening started out poorly when I made a reservation for 7:45pm and had to sit and wait for a good 15-20 minutes. I hate that. What's the point of reservation, when Joe Schmo gets priority over you? Unless you're a happening/hoppin' place in the city, there is little excuse for that.
Even after we sat down, the food was atrocious. The bread had a variety of broken up cheese-layered crackers (how can they be broken and still be served?). The waiter had recommended the chicken and andouille sausage crispy rolls and the calamari. The crispy rolls tasted just like the hot pockets I eat from my freezer. The calamari, which he claimed to be grilled, were fried. WTF!? A freakin' waiter can't even tell if a dish is going to be fried or grilled? Regardless, the calamari was awful - it tasted like kung pao chicken and did not taste anything like calamari.
I also had the salmon salad, which epitomized one of my biggest pet peeves with food....room temperature food. The salmon was kinda hard (indicating it's been sitting there for a while) and the salad wasn't cold. Ugh. Finally, I had read an article in some paper about the fries on this restaurant...hello?! Did I miss something here? Again, fries were NOT hot and it tasted like it was fried in some old oil, which I can always taste in a nanosecond at the back of throat. McDonald's tops this place in the fries department any day.
Finally the decor that I thought looked promising from outside? Well, let me say that my date described it as "80's contemporary" Enough said. Although I can't resist but mention the tacky "E" and "G" in gold-colored brass in Times New Roman font mounted on the wall on top of a piece of what looks like a piece of my mother's granite countertop. It looks so ugly, what a stupid idea.
I'm not sure if I just caught this place on a bad night, but I will never go back to this horrid restaurant, especially with its prices. I could live without paying $7.95 for hot pockets. -

Wow, tough crowd reviewing this place!
I have family in the area, and have consequently been to Entourage a number of times. We went there recently with some friends in town for the holidays, and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The entire staff was very friendly (and all quite young and good looking....is that a requirement to work at Entourage?) and attentive. We started with several appetizers, including the bruscetta. Now, I KNOW you've had bruscetta before, but not like this! It was on buttery ciabata topped brie cheese and paired with a tomato-basil-balsamic that really packed a basil punch, just like I like it! The brie adds a really interesting taste to the bruscetta.
Our waiter threw in a free appetizer for no apparent reason. He said it was just because he loved it so much and wanted us to try it. Hey, that's cool with me! It turned out to be calamari, and while I don't remember it being out-of-this-world, it was very good.
They have a decent wine selection and as others have mentioned, a very cool bar/lounge area. We sat there for a little while before dinner, joking around with the bartender. Throughout the entire night, I didn't experience a single wiff of pretension or snobbery. The decor is nice, although not revolutionary. If I had one complaint, it would be that for the location, the prices are inflated. Other than that, I've always had a great time (and good food) at Entourage.
Oh, try the lobster bisque - SO GOOD! -
Review from Jonathan C.
First of all I used to have a review on this place. And that disappeared somehow. But anyways I used to love it. Really good Lobster Bisque, really good (and only 11.75) lunch special, tasty skirt steak...
I went there today for lunch. It was the worst experience I ever had there.
The waiter was lacking personality or effort. It took 15 minutes for them to get the place setting for the 6th person at our table. One girl asked for lemon for her water. That didn't show up so we asked another waiter to get it. He never brought bread out until we asked another waiter.
The bread used to be fresh baked. We got cold bread and some that were warm. We got there at 1135am today so no excuse for cold bread (they open at 1130). They need to time their ovens better.
The chicken panini used to be good. Now it is just greasy and instead of a chicken breast you get shaved chicken.Listed in: By my work

I think I'm in love... with this restaurant!
The ambiance of Entourage on American Lane is beautiful from the inside and out! It was a flawless experience from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out.
Goodbye Pinot Grigio! I found my new favorite white wine here... Balthasar Ress' Riesling Kabinett. I'll have to give the server credit for this one. He made an excellent recommendation! He was also able to elaborate in many details when I had questions for him about the food, wine, or anything else that came to mind.... highly resourceful!
Anyway, I had the Hoisin-Serrano Chile Calamari (excellent) and the Entourage Filet & Crab Cake Medallions (yumm!).
The tab was a little bit more than I would normally dish out for a dinner, but typical for an upscale, posh restaurant.
Excellent , excellent, excellent!
I wanna go again! -

Bring your wallet friends. This place is pricey and from several visit I fell very much worth the dough. Chilled Vodka on tap was a solid start for me. Gimmick or not I thought the martinis where excellent.
I have had Fillet and a burger on two separate visits and were very pleased on both occasions. Service is top notch.
I will go back for sure... -

I've always wanted to try Entourage ever since they opened, so I finally decided to do it for my birthday.
I decided to go on Sunday where they have a family night special, which if you order an entree, you receive a soup or salad, non-alcoholic drink, and dessert for free! I ordered the firecracker salmon, and it was really great! The service was wonderful; however, we did get there super early (around 5pm), and we were one of the only two tables there. Overall, I really did enjoy my experience there and do recommend it. -

Went there for lunch on Saturday around 2 O'clock. As we were about to enter there was a girl at the reception, but she decided to go somewhere. We waited at the reception for what seemed like 5 minutes and without any acknowledgement from anyone. Anyway found out on way out that there was no lunch listed for weekend.
Minus 4 stars for lousy reception.
I have been there before and liked the place. Will give it another try and update the review based on my findings. -

I'm pulling for Entourage. Schaumburg finally gets an upscale restaurant. Whether you like the decor or not, it's impressive.
I think the best part of the restaurant is their bar/lounge area. Good energy. They have the Las Vegas vibe going on. I like it, but Beware, of the Viagra Triangle. There's a lot of jeans-sportcoat combinations. -
Review from Becky P.
I can only comment on bar, as I've only ever had drinks here and never seen the rest of the restaurant.
The drinks were made well, albeit they should for the price, and the bar was cute with neon lights and such.
I would say this isn't the place for me, as I was a LOT younger than most of the crowd when I went, but I was pleasantly pleased with my drinks and left with a buzz. Can't complain. -

My wife and I decided to give this place a try for dinner today based on some of the reviews we've read. Upon entering, we were pretty impressed by the decor and ambiance of the place. It was stated that most of the people dining here were of the older generation (50+), and this was pretty correct based upon our observation.
The service was very good, as our waitress was very attentive to our needs. And the food was brought to the table on a timely fashion. The problem we really had was with the food. So here it goes:
We ordered the smoked chicken crispy rolls and the lobster bisque to start. For our entrees, my wife had the filet & crab cake medallions, and I had the certified angus "Manhattan Cut" strip.
Smoked chicken crispy rolls - I really do not know why they called this crispy. The wrapping was thick and very similar to the kind of egg rolls served at Panda Express or some cheap chinese fast food place. The flavor seemed ok at first bite, but we started to get really tired of it with each bite. The smoked andouille was very overpowering. There wasn't a kick or some form of texture to the dish. It seemed like there was some sort of cheesey flavor hidden in the runny insides. That smoked red pepper emulsion was pretty good, but we had to try it on its own because the andouille masked the flavor. It tasted buttery and almost like a steak zip sauce.
The lobster bisque - I really don't know where the heck the other reviewer had eaten before, but that bisque was really nothing to comment on. The consistency of the bisque was probably the only saving grace. The flavor tasted like a canned soup with a very strange sour aftertaste.
The filet and crab cake medallions - the filet was cooked rather well, but the crab cakes tasted as if they were frozen and pre-made. The sauces that were on the plate seemed really overpowering and very sweet. This dish is really nothing to be excited about.
The certified angus "Manhattan Cut" strip - this dish was a disappointment because you really could not taste the steak. The steak was cooked perfectly (medium-rare), but the sour cherry sauce they put on top of it killed it. Couldn't taste the meat. It would have been better if they just place the sauce on the side. The peppercorn crust on the steak was overpowering as well. The whipped potatoes and asparagus were probably the best things on the dish, but it was because they didn't add any extra sauces to it. That portobello-thyme custard thing was confusing. Why the heck was it on the plate? It tasted ok, but if it is not there to complement the dish, then why put it on there? Seemed like an attempt to make the whole dish sound more appealing. Sometimes simplicity does wonders. Just good, clean cooking.
Overall, we spent roughly $98 for a dinner for two. Didn't even want to order dessert as we were pretty unimpressed by the starter and entrees. Two and a half stars for food. Four stars for service. Personally, we would not go back there again. -
Review from Heather G.
Melrose Park, IL
Best summed up as a place "great for cocktails and apps, not so great for dinner."
After coming here a number of times for happy hours with colleagues, I was sold. Some of the best martinis I've ever had (highly, highly recommend the Spicy Pear and Bella Rose martinis). Appetizers that leave you anticipating your next visit (enter the hoisin-serrano chile calamari and smoked chicken, andouille & spinach crisy rolls). I was finally convinced that Schaumburg could add to its short list of non-chain restaurant gems -- incidentally, a very short list.
Rallied a group of my girlfriends for a ladies dinner on a Friday night. Schaumburg was the destination as some live further west. Although the bar was packed to the brim with a DJ spinning and Diamond vodka being poured as if it were water, the dining room itself was seemingly desolate. While on the one hand I appreciated the quiet as being conducive to conversation, it seemed questionable to me that a restaurant's dining room be practically empty on a Friday evening.
Cocktails were ordered and didn't disappoint. I should have pushed harder to have some apps -- and would have pushed harder had I known what fate our entrees would bring. Not even worth it to detail what we ordered -- of the four entrees brought out, only one was hot. I had the macadamia nut-crusted tilapia, a dish claimed to be a house specialty...but found it to be lukewarm, dry, and tasting very little like it was described on the menu.
Will I be back for dinner? Nope. Will I be back for a spicy pear martini and chicken/andouille sausage/spinach roll? Without question. Will the girls ever let me pick our next dinner destination? I'm optimistic. :)
Entourage is a great add for the happy hour crowd but for those looking to add a new dinner spot to the rotation, press on. -

Was here for a bridal shower, and was quite pleased with the food, service and facility!
Our party took the entire ballroom, which is upstairs. It's your own private area, with bathroom, bar and room. It even has it's own foyer, which is nice for people who want to mingle
The food was really good. For $20 a head, the package we had included of appetizier, choice of entree, and dessert, drinks and bread...oh my...that bread basket was so good. Our table of girls asked for seconds.
parking is convenient, as it is right outside, easy access, plenty of spots
Will have to try this place for dinner, but we love it as a banquet facilty! -

Review from Eman A.
I've been here twice. Once for dinner which was 5 stars and once for the sunday brunch which was like 3 stars. The food off of the menu was awesome. We're eaters and the portions were a little small, but not so small we left hungry. We're just greedy :). But this place had the best Lobster Bisque EVER! and we got two soups, appetizer, 2 main courses and one dessert and spent a little over $100. Coke, no alcohol. But it was good. But I'd only go for special occasions. I'm not akin to spending that much on a regular basis.
The brunch was just okay, but i'm not a fan of buffets. We had a gift certificate from http://Restaurant.com (they're not on there anymore shame!!) and it was worth it. but if I had to pay full price for the brunch, i wouldn't have been a happy customer. The food was good. But it just wasn't as good as the dinner we had. I can't remember specifically what I didn't like. But again I don't like buffets so that might be a part of it.
I still would recommend this place for dinner or the brunch.
I like this place a lot! -

After a day at Arlington Park, we were looking for somewhere close and very last minute to take a group of 11 picky diners used to city restaurants. After calling the usual suspects in Schaumburg (Wildfire, Maggiano's, Wildfire, etc.) and getting some rude responses, we called Entourage who was able to accommodate our group. Upon arrival, we found that not only had they prepared the table, but set us up in a private dining room which was pretty swank. They even left a birthday card signed by the staff!
Drinks | The wine list, though not extensive, was well rounded but the signature cocktails were most definitely the star of the show. A few rounds of Bella Rose (rose nectar & vodka) were ordered and the Caipirhina Rojo (raspberry caipirhina) did not disappoint.
Lobster Bisque | creamy with a hint of spice and pronounced lobster flavor - a table favorite
Calamari | The hoisin sauce caused the calamari to be not quite as crispy as we would have liked, however the squid went well with slight heat from cerrano-chili peppers
Farfalle | Fresh and light even though it was in a cream sauce. The shrimp was fresh and pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. Note the pasta portions are relatively large.
Filet Medallions & Crab Cakes | Our past experiences with the steaks here were less than satisfactory, however both the medallions and crab cakes were cooked perfectly. Not a lot of filler on the crab cake; rather it was well-balanced and just 'crabby' enough. The accompany sauces paired well with the steak, but not with the crab cakes and were a bit on the salty side.
Service | a bit slow towards the end of dinner service, however we did ask a lot of our server, even asking him to find a place for us to smoke cigars, which he did!
Executive Lounge | we were offered the upstairs executive lounge after our dinner which was very comfortable and had two balconies for us to smoke our cigars. We were so pleased with the service and the lounge in particular that we are planning another event here.
The staff went beyond what I expected and it is a shame that most of the dining room was empty. The new management seems to be trying very hard to turn this restaurant around and I hope Woodfielders give them another chance. -

Simply put, whether you are out to enjoy to a premium cocktail at a premium price, dance the night away (Fri & Sat), or listen to some of the local entertainment, Entourage is the venue that can bring it all together in the Schaumburg area.

I've been there well over ten times since they opened and have had wonderful experiences!
Appetizers are amazing! If you like things a little spicy, try their calamari! The andouille sausage egg rolls are equally wonderful! Entree's are fantastic! I have had the best choices with their Entourage Filet Madallions as well as their (enormously huge) Pork Chops.
The dessert..... wow.... the dessert! The menu is ever changing, but one of the main-stays is the Baked Alaska.... this is always enough to share with more then one person. The mint gelato is very rich and yummy, you will be addicted!
The wine list is fabulous, and the sommonier is always available to assist.
Entourage is one of my favorite Chicago suburban eats!
**notable mention, they do have a happy-hour action in the bar on Fridays, so if you are looking for quiet romantic, try Saturday night. -

I was here with friends over the last couple weeks and I can truthfully say there was nothing bad about the experience.
The lobster bisque is fantastic and I would compare it to Morton's for the Bisque. Besides that, everything else was good at best.
The service was good. Our waiter mentioned that some of the things on the drink menu were not good. Nice to hear, but I was left wondering what else is not good that he has not tried. It might have been more tactful to steer us away form things rather than his blunt opinion. Other than that he was very attentive.
I had the Tilapia. Again, good but an odd sweet sauce with the fish. I would state that it was not described well in the menu. My husband had the pork chop, which was flavorful but dry.
All in all, it was good food, but for the money I would suggest going to a great Steak house that does one thing well, or a fantastic Seafood Restaurant that does things well. I think the American concept gets lost and the food suffers here. -

:::::::Busted:::::: Yes I went to a trendy restaurant and I actually liked it. I swear I reviewed this place already but here we go again.
The outside architecture is unique... ok fine it's just plain silly. But inside is gorgeous, very swanky and very classy. The design of the bar alone makes you feel like your in Downtown Chicago. The bar area has a lounge area, bar seating, round tables, and a second level for people who want to dine in the bar area. Like all trendy places they make you wait even with reservations (and yes there are always empty seats, they just want to mess with you a little). The bartenders are cool and know how to make a drink. The dinning room is beautiful, some of the brightest white linen I seen. Dark wood seating and pillars, leather seating, and great lighting. The second floor has single room private dining and a large banquet hall.
The service was excellent, she knew her stuff like the back of her hand and was constantly on top or our needs. The waitress even recommended some great wines to pair with our meals. The bread guy was my favorite, he kept giving me extra rolls, almost to the point I had to tell him no more. The manager also came by to ask how everything was and then got a round of drinks.
I came with 3 other people who are extremely picky or who have diet restrictions, we all found the menu to be exciting and difficult to pick just one. We started with the Hoisen-Serrano Chile Calamari, it's peppers, crispy garlic and scallions. Holy crap it will make me drool every time I think about it. Great spices, I've never had anything like it. We also had the Bruschetta, consisting of sea salt ciabatta with melted brie, marinated tomatoes & basil. It was good, I would say in my top 5 best bruschetta. I really don't remember what everybody ate but somebody had a burger, others had different fish plates, but they all loved them. Myself, I had the Blackened Chicken & Shrimp Rigatoni Pasta -
Roasted bell peppers, spinach, vodka flavored roasted tomato
cream sauce, parmesan cheese & rigatoni pasta. Sounds simple but it was beautifully executed. And for dessert how could you go wrong with a Triple Layer Chocolate Cake - Bittersweet chocolate ganache, raspberry & chocolate sauces.
Great experience, I would go back hands down. Some tips, dress business casual, make reservations, and check http://restaurants.com for coupons here and there. It can be a little pricey but worth it. Also watch for wine tastings and special events on their website.
Cheers -
Review from Ting A.
my two visits to entourage have been for private dining events, located upstairs. ...oh. speaking of the second floor, where's the elevator? no host/hostess was present to inquire about the location. not a HUGE deal, but an elevator would've been helpful for the couple who carried a bulky stroller w/their infant daughter up the stairs.
other than that, it's a great place to have a private reception. it's intimate, but not cramped, and spacious, but not ballroom-like. perfect for 75 guests, or even a bit more.
the food for large parties at these kinds of events is average at best, so i was quite surprised at how good their fish was! overall, their spread was a step up from most receptions that i've been to. ...except for the key lime pie. too sour. i tried. couldn't finish it. ...which is saying A LOT if you know me and how i feel about leftovers.
the staff is awesome. sal is great at making sure that all your needs are met. the bartender noticed how entranced i was by espn's televised 2008 WSOP, so he turned up the volume. some guests and i joked w/the servers about when we'd begin our first hand of hold 'em.
...sigh. i miss playing poker. -
Review from Robyn C.
Was here for the Entourage Mother's Day brunch. It has come down, WAY DOWN so much from just a few years ago. It used to be really good, and if I was rating this two years ago, I would have given them a 4 or even a 5 but not today folks!
They used to offer brunch every weekend, but apparently started losing money because they stopped having brunch and then now only have it during a few months out of the year. So that in itself says something!!! DANGER WILL ROBINSON !!
Here is why I am giving this place a 1 star rating even though the food was decent, buttery but still pretty good.
A few years ago, they used to be so proud of their 4 cheese macaroni
and cheese and it was pretty good. Now, it looks like dried up crusty Kraft macaroni cheese that you can make at home.
When I made the reservation for 9, I asked them what the price of the buffet will be for Sunday, they told me the usual price of $24.99/pp. OF COURSE they raised the prices for a holiday... $37/pp which for that price, it's not worth it and they should have told me when making the reservation that it would be more. It's not like they add more food or anything, just because it's a holiday, they just make it more expensive. They even charged us for two glasses of grapefruit juice... pretty cheap of them to do that, and I think the server should have said something about charging, but whatevs.
If you felt like eating something unhealthy, but sinfully delicious, their white chocolate french toast was excellent.
Their food is good, but not anything exceptional that would make me want to go back.
The creme brulee was overcooked and had a buttery taste.
The server was nice, but not very quick on collecting dirty plates.
They charged a full 18% grat which is complete BS if you ask me. It's a brunch, we are getting our food ourselves, all she did was bring out the drinks.
If I were to ever go back, it definitely would not be for a holiday and come to think of it, I would rather have gone to Walker Brothers and with the same amount of money spent at Entourage, I would order three of everything on the menu at Walker Brothers for everyone to try everything and the food would taste better. -

I went here for brunch with a friend a while back and was pretty impressed. When you walk in, you can't help but be taken aback that you are actually in Schaumburg. You get the feel of a downtown spot. We went on a Sunday for the brunch which I think costs around $25-$30/pp. But we had http://restaurant.com coupons so we got it for a little cheaper. So, we were seated in this high-backed booth that was very cozy and it was right near the brunch buffet, which was good. The service was very good, we never had to ask for refills or anything like that. The food on the buffet was DELICIOUS! My favorites being the prime rib and the desserts. Everything was fresh and replenished very often. I would definitely go back, but probably only if I could get a coupon because for the price you pay, there are not THAT many selections. But definitely a good place for a Sunday brunch.

You know what I like? A restaurant that isn't a chain. This is hard to come by in Schaumburg, but after a long morning of shopping at Ikea and Woodfield I went over to the Entourage for lunch.
I was here last month and was a little overwhelmed: huge selection of food, wine, and vodka cocktails. And make no question about it: this place is HUGE. Like, two stories. But this time, when I settled into the lounge area, a brand new menu was presented: streamlined and clear, with a few new options. The cocktail list was updated too, with martnis made with burnt orange and Jim Beam (unique for this area!) and tasty fizzy Gin cocktails.
I ordered from a new prix-fixe menu, which was three courses and WELL WORTH the $12 price tag. I got a Bruschetta starter which was unlike any bruschetta i've had before. I expected crostinis topped with chopped tomato, but this was thick grilled slices of ciabatta with melted hunks of brie on top. The tomato basil mix was in a seperate rammekin so i could build my own. I appreciated this concept because the bruschetta wasn't soggy before it hit the table. There was also like a thick balsamic reduction that really brought the flavours together. Next in the prix-fixe I opted for the Grilled Chicken Panini.
The portions are huge for the price, and I had to take half of this home. It was delicious tho, with carmerlized onions and roasted peppers and feta cheese. Really a nice play on a panini. And finally, for dessert, a scoop of pistachio gelato, which was excellent. To drink I had a Strawberry Mint Lemonade which was made with bourbon and muddled strawberries. Very refreshing for a hot afternoon. For about $20, I was stuffed and very happy.
The server recommended the Free Range Fried Chicken because it was a brand new dish, and from what I tasted it wasn't at all greasy or heavy. Very juicy. The best part was the sweet potato biscuit that was smothered in a mustard sauce. I could have had like 2 of those for lunch alone. For a starter she also had a grilled Pear salad which was basically entree size, but that's okay because we shared it (and we eat a lot!). Really nice and seasonal with fried goat cheese and blueberry pomegranate vinaigrette.
I am pretty snobby city dweller and I was very happy with my experience at Entourage. thats why we chose to go here rather than Weber Grill or Wildfire, because I do-not-like-chains. This felt like I was eating downtown. And lunch wasn't too pricy.
The server was really enthusiastic about "upcoming changes" to both the menu and entertainment. He told us to come back Thursdays because they are having "Gin & Jazz" night with live music. And I guess Wednesdays are "Ladies Night" with $5 martinis.
Sounds promising and like a good reason to go back to Schaumburg! -

Wow- based on the other reviews, I guess my advice is check this place out for lunch! I had a great lunch- on a weekday. I had the Filet Mignon sandwich with melted brie & it was excellent- I appreciated the gourmet touches- homemade infused mayonnaise, etc. The chef came out and offered us a complimentary dessert. My friend & I shared the Hazelnut Creme Brulee & The Triple layer chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and rasberry sauce- Decadent!! Now they have a Sunday brunch, which I'm looking forward to trying.

The exterior of the building has a interesting look, but once inside, this place has a wanna be upscale lounge/bar feel to it. What makes things worse are the watered down drinks and the suburban, divorced, soccer mom crowd that tends to frequent the place. Well, I guess that this place has found its niche as a "meat" market for older suburbanites in the Chicagoland area. Now that I think of it, the watered down drinks are a great way to sell more alcohol because you sure as hell will need more than a couple of drinks to get liquored up enough to want to bring someone home from here!

OK, I'll admit it. I used to enjoy being a sassy girl and hanging with my Inverness homeys at upscale establishments while sipping my pricey martini's. Until an evening at the bar in Entourage forced me to change my evil ways. The other reviewer was so right about middle aged men in silk shirts trying to impress their mistresses. We were sitting at a cocktail table near the bar sipping our overpriced blueberry mojito's when this 60 something year old man was heard to be loudly carrying on about his latest sexcapades . Yuk! A few more feet away from him were four woman, all with the same blonde hair color, Revlon Soccer Mom pale blonde #4, were deciding if they should split the $100.00 gold flaked martini or not. Oh Puleeze. I've heard the food is good. But stay out of the bar unless you want to be picked up, (or put down) by crass old men.

Great concept, cool jetson's like venue, not the best location, too upscale for franchise row... akak the concrete jungle of Schaumburg, food is always good!

I really enjoyed Entourage. I ate this really creative chicken dish - stuffed with portobello mushrooms and garlic yukon potatoes with this spinach side. The tuna tartar salad looked good and the sides were great!

I had a $50 certificate, which is the reason why we went. The food was good, nothing special or spectacular about this place tho. I did have the lobster bisque which was scrumptious but the steaks were average. The service was great and restaurant looks nice. But once again, nothing special about this place. Just another american style restaurant and it was a bit pricey...

All I can comment on is their Sunday brunch.
My friends and I came here for the first time for brunch and it was great! We came here because the Drury Lane Oakbrook Sunday brunch was booked and I love me my brunch. I had decided to make reservations after drooling over their brunch menu on the website.
It has a Vegas vibe going on upon walking in and I thought I was too under dressed in jeans and hoodie, but didn't get less customer service because of it.
They didn't have a HUGE selection compared to Drury Lane, but I had my favorites.
Prime rib was awesome! My friends were in love with the eggs benedict as well. One of them overdosed on them and they had great bathrooms to help you recover. I really wanted to try the creme brulee but by the time I got to the dessert table, they never restocked them which is a shame. I will say that they only had 2 items on their kids table and was disappointed. I know I'm not a kid, but I do like to eat like one. I'm not sure if I just kept comparing it to Drury Lane's brunch and that's why I had such high expectations, but overall I liked it. We went to Drury Lane's brunch the following Sunday. -

Food was great. I had the Salmon special and the pear salad. I ate in the bar because I was alone on business and the Bartenders were very nice. Overall good food but nothing ground breaking. As said in the other reviews this place is over pretentious and does have a bit of a sleazy older crowd.
