I completed an all night trip to San Antonio from Montgomery Al. I needed a ride and Ms. Hudlin and Mr. Dolensky at the Enterprise on SE Military. They probably went way beyond the help I was due. Enterprise always goes above and beyond.

Received good service and car rentals as my car was in the shop. Thanks Enterprise! It was nice to have two cars as in the middle of my rental one car didn't work. They let me get another one. Good experience!

You could have the cars that people reserve available for rent!! We made a reservation over a month ago through Capital One travel for 3:30 on March 26. We came at 3:20 & were told the van would be a 1/2 hr wait but you had a Jeep Cherokee. After going all the way to the keosk we find that there are no vans or large SUV's available & we can wait for one to show up! Now I'm in line at Budget for a van & by the time I get through this slow moving line of at least 20 people we will be driving through commuter traffic. I am so upset and frustrated that I am going to let EVERYONE know that I can what awful service you have. We are over 70 & have waited so long for this trip to see our grandchildren. I am appalled that you are allowed to call yourself a rental car company

An update to my situation: I reached out to Chad through the contact information that was listed below. I never got an any form of reply. I ended up having to pay in full because I was being threatened with collections. This establishment nor any of its employees will do anything to help you and will scam you if you allow the opportunity. Avoid at all costs.

Sep 11, 2023Previous reviewI rented a car for a short weekend. When I did a walk-around of the car, I noticed a large scratch. I checked out at the kiosk, and the lady working there asked me if there were any damages. I pointed out the scratch to her and she walked around as well, taking notes. Fast forward a couple months and I'm getting a statement of charges for the same damage that was previously there. I called enterprise and they were unwilling to help me at all, they said there is no documentation for anything. I asked for the security camera footage and was told it wasn't possible. I've been going back and forth with Enterprise and my insurance for months now. I'm beyond frustrated with the situation and don't wish the same issue happening to anyone else.

This was, without doubt the easiest rental experience I've ever had. We had no problem showing up to the counter at the airport to show our reservation & the employee told us our car was already waiting for us outside. Sure enough, there it was. Didn't have to look around or anything. Just right out front. We checked out of the parking lot without any trouble and was helped by yet another incredibly friendly and helpful employee.
When checking our car back in, signs were well placed to get us right where we needed to be and the second we pulled up, an employee met us to go through everything and had us checked out within less than 5 minutes. While my wife took care of that, I unloaded the car and then we were on our way into the airport.
I really can't sing the praises enough. This is how all car rental experiences should be. I don't know why every other rental experience I've had (some with Enterprise) has been a struggle.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I spoke to someone name Saw at the Enterprise location off of Bandera Rd/Guilbeau Rd in San Antonio,Tx. She was very rude, not helpful and wanted to transfer me right away and this was after I had already been put on hold for 45 min. She explained she was only there to help walk in customers.

I have always used Enterprise company for everywhere I travelled. I'm a bit surprised for 3 stars at this location because I had excellent service here. I came in around 7/8pm on Tuesday evening, I had encountered with wonderful lady named Frances. It was very quick 5-10mins checked in. She made sure I received the car I requested and approached my another worker at the parking area and she was very pleasant. My husband and I rented the car about 4 days and when we returned the car, a gentleman named Miguel was very welcoming. He greeted us, asked how everything went and did not rush us a bit. So thank you again Enterprise for your excellent car choices and top of all, the wonderful customer services! Will continue use your business.

This place sucks, interesting how I caused hail damage to a car when it didnt even rain when I had their car.. biggest bunch of crooks. I would not use them they will screw you AVOID THEM I wish i could give them zero stars.

We did electronic check in easy as could be! Wolf met us at the enterprise entrance looked at our reservation and helped us pick out a color and we were off, he was so friendly and efficient, plenty of cars to choose from. Jeff met us upon our return and he was wonderful, kind, very friendly and got us checked out and on to the terminal. Entire experience was perfect!!!!
