I love this particular Enterprise Rent-a-Car.

This office is located on-site at BMW in MV. I guess they cater almost exclusively to the MINI and BMW owners who are taking their cars in for service. That would be me, this last Monday at 9am, driving in my MINI. Sad about having to give up my zippy little ride for any period of time, I wasn't in the best mood.

I have rented a lot of cars in my lifetime, and most of the time the experience is decently satisfatory, I give them $$ and a drivers license, they give me a car. However, this time the experience was fantastic!

What's so fantastic about renting a car??

Well...first of all I didn't have to pay, which was sweet. But while the staff at this office was actually very friendly and way more helpful than any other car rental place I've been to, the fantastic part can be summed up in a 2 min convo with the young gentleman who showed me out to my car. He made small talk while writing a few notes on the car I was renting.

Him: Oh where do you work?
Me: Random local BayArea tech company.
Him: Oh that's nice. Is this your first job out of college?
*Silence*
Me (with beaming smile): I'm well into my 30's, but aren't you sweet.
Him (embarassed): Oh, I'm sorry!
Me: Don't be sorry! *preen* That's the best compliment I've gotten today (9am).

I was a silly, floating cloud the rest of the day...esp when I found out my car was done so quickly...so I was back at the Enterprise facility by 4:30pm. Just in time to answer a call on my cell. An Enterprise rep, wanting to know if my visit and experience that day had been satisfactory.

Satisfactory? Heck no. It was wonderful! I need to take my car in more often. AND buy some more of that La Prairie moisturizer. It's obviously working miracles.
