I had a reservation here through carmax and the phone call I got from a guy who said he was the assistant manager was so rude. He says to me are you going to come pick up this car or what? I was like excuse me. I need to speak to your manager cause your rude and you have an attitude. I'm telling carmax not to refer to this location.

SLOW!!!!!! AMAZINGLY SLOW!
From the moment we paid till we actually got a car was over 45 minutes. They said it "wasn't quite ready yet" so we had to wait. How do you NOT have a car ready that someone booked days before???? It threw us behind in our plans for our trip.
I've rented at least 100 cars in my life all across the states, Mexico, Europe, etc. and never had such a slow experience.
The staff was nice, albeit super slow. And i don't get how 10 people who came in after me got their car before me????

Don't rent very many cars, but I always use Enterprise when the need arises. Only one time did I ever have an issue, and that was not having a vehicle available even after making an online reservation. (Apparently the reservations have to be at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. I also found out having a reservation is not a sure-fire guarantee of having a car.) The cars are always clean and in good working order. Sometimes the company will have weekend specials of $9.99 a day. Not bad! Overall, I am pleased with the company and will continue to use them now and in the future.

Did not care for this location in the past but they have a new Mgr named Frankie. He was wonderful, very professional. Had everything handled and ready for us too ride out. Glad I decided to try one more time. I will go through him for now on!!

I didn't confirm the day before so they didn't have my rental ready when I went to go get it, but they did arrange to get me one later that day. However, when I went back at the promised time the car was not there, so I had to wait a few minutes. The car was fine other than it was not vacuumed and washed (bird poop on the door and windows) when I got it, but overall it was a great car for the price.
The attitude of the agent was exemplary and had a "whatever it takes to make you happy" attitude. This would have gotten 5 stars had it not been for the condition of the car when I received it.

Extremely satisfied with the service. Argelio, the Branch Manager, is always friendly, fast and efficient. The prices are competitive, and given the service provided, can be considered a deal. Each time I've rented a vehicle it was very clean with that appealing new car smell. It's never taken over 15 minutes to complete my transaction, whether pick up or drop off. I don't recall the name of the young man that drove me back to work after one of my rentals, but he was also very nice and professional. Note: This location is housed in the same building as the greyhound bus station, so just be aware of the individuals hanging out outside the door and around the building. I have never had an issue, but it's just something to be aware of. Definitely my go-to spot for car rentals.

Pretty easy location to get to if you know the area, but a small parking lot to pick up a car. I guess this is why we were so graciously greeted by "Hey! You can't park there!" Really, Enterprise man? I can't park in your parking lot to come rent a car from you? After we told him we were there to rent a car, it still took him a moment to think of how this made sense, because "he needed to park a van there too" and he said we could park in the handicapped spot? Ok guy, we are going inside now. I hope you find a place for that van.

I have rented twice from this location. Each time I was unable to pick of the vehicle at the time I scheduled. Although the vehicle was not available after I arrive, the agents ensured I was pleased with the vehicle! We enjoyed each rental vehicle and both gentlemen are thorough and helpful. The AA (Buccaneers Fan) and the Mexican gentlemen, you know who you are and thanks for the service you provided.
