I have been coming to this location for literally 8+ years and I can honestly say that this staff is the the best staff and their attitude is consistently warm and friendly! I have never had an issue with this location accommodating me and I rent at least three times a month. You guys rock!

My experience at this Enterprise was much better than expected. First thing, I had to drive two hours to rent the vehicle because the initial Enterprise (Starkville, MS) did not have a vehicle even though I reserved a week in advance. Arby (branch manager) was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. He ensured that I was taken care of and had the vehicle of my choice for my trip. I did have to pay to upgrade but that was expected. The overall service of the vehicle and customer service was great. I'm actually thinking about making this my preferred rental car location when I come home to Mississippi.

Friendly and very efficient. Car was ready and clean when I got there. I was in and out on pick up and drop off very quickly. I've rented a lot of cars in my time and typically it's long waits mixed with bad service, but not here. They were very professional and helpful. I would recommend this place.

Enterprise sent me a confirmation email confirming my pickup time at a local body shop. I called the local branch and and the phone range for more than a minute before disconnecting. They no showed and left me stranded at the body shop. I finally got through on the phone and they said oh we don't pick up anymore you have to figure out how to get over here and wait in line for your car. Didn't bother to let me know during the week prior to my pick up.

This place is awful!! I had a reservation they didn't have a car of the size I reserved. Told me I could pay $10 more per day to rent a bigger one. Then told me they had a car (nice try for an upsell on the bigger vehicle). Now I've been waiting 30 mins to get a vehicle. These folks have no urgency or accountability.

My Bf rents from them weekly when he goes out of town for work. The staff is amazingly friendly, it's always a smooth transaction and they make it quick for us to be on our way. We live closer to the Ridgeland location, but would much rather prefer to come here

Excellent customer service! They gave my elderly parents an almost exact vehicle to make them comfortable. After a few days it developed a slow tire leak so they drove to their home and swapped it out with another similar van. Both vehicles were very clean. Will definitely use them again and recommend them!!

I always have an outstanding experience with this Lakeland Branch! I had an awful, experience at the Enterprise within the airport-Matthew was rude and provided no solutions to help me. In a state of frustration, I called the Lakeland Branch and they made everything right! I can't recommend THIS BRANCH enough! Thank you, Jason-Hayley-Devin! Great group of professionals!

The employees at this location have gone above and beyond for me, and I couldn't be more grateful. I wish there was some way I could leave employee reviews through the Enterprise website to help them get noticed by higher-ups, but I can't find that option anywhere!

Reliable cars at a decent price BUT be prepared to tell them No 3,333,545,546 times when they offer you the daily insurance which technically I've never understood if you have your own insurance. I even had an employee ask me for my insurance carrier and number ... 15 plus years I've rented with enterprise and I've never had that happen before. However, it' is Mississippi so I don't question much down here.
