From start to finish of the rental experience here, my wife and I were very satisfied with the customer service, the vehicle we rented, the ease of pick up and return, and the communication by the manager and throughout our trip.
With an out-of-state trip, I wanted to rent a smaller and newer vehicle than what we owned at the time. Through another website, I reserved an SUV in advance for pick up here.
On the day before the trip, my wife and I headed to this local and convenient location for us. Farzan (pronounced Tarzan, he cheerfully assisted us) met us and with his friendliness and professionalism, walked us through every step of the rental agreement and then the vehicle inspection.
Because of the small size of this location, we were unsure of the newness of the make and model we'd receive. Our concerns were quickly quelled when Farzan pulled up a Jeep Cherokee (no Jeep jokes here) for us. We performed the requisite walk-around inspection and Farzan explained the basics to us.
Our trip in the SUV was smooth and uneventful. Shortly after we left and before we arrived back, I received a couple of texts from Enterprise providing the number to call should we experience any problems and a reminder when the car was due for return.
Farzan met us when we returned the vehicle and our check out was smooth. My wife and I have no hesitations with renting from this Enterprise again, especially if Farzan is still the manager.Helpful 15Thanks 2Love this 14Oh no 0Business owner information

I was in an accident a few days before Thanksgiving and was displaced without a vehicle. My rental coverage was to start the day before Thanksgiving, and no one had cars available. Farzan and his team were able to keep me in the loop throughout the day and ended up finding me a vehicle so I could still see family for the holiday, and it was even a step above what my insurance paid for. So not only did they pull off what seemed to be an impossible feat, they upgraded me too! The vehicle was wonderful as well!

The workers at this Enterprise were extremely helpful and friendly. I am a coach for a collegiate team and have worked with many Enterprise locations across the country, but this location was by far the best. They problem solved and found a solution for us instead of giving up and telling us to go somewhere else. We greatly valued this experience and the friends we made along the way!

Came to Casselberry to visit family and we needed a rental. Ema helped us out, she was great. It was a very easy, smooth process. When we returned the car, Sam helped us, he was awesome. Ema was there as well. They were so kind and helpful. The price was great as well as the experience. We thought it would be a stressful situation but it was so smooth and easy. This place is a must if you want a great experience!

Made a reservation online and headed over to pick up my car. Found out upon arrival that we have to sit outside... ultimately sat outside for 45 min only to be disrespected and denied being able to pick up my reservation. I'm still unsure on how a statement like, "y'all are killing me with these 45 min wait times in this Florida heat" turns into discrimination and disrespect.

Rental car, Chevy Equinox 2021 was dirty and smoky. But the worst thing that happened is it had a complete mechanical failure as soon as we crossed FL Georgia border. Check Engine light came on and the car would not accelerate.
We tried calling the local office and were told to call Roadside Assistance. We called Roadside Assistance and were told they'll send a tow truck to pick up the car and there were no rental cars available. Our family was completely stuck 3.5 hrs from home in the middle of a small GA town, where we could not even get an Uber or Lyft. Overall we spoke to 4 RA agents, and one of them even told us to call 911 because there were no rental cars available! We had a hard time reaching a local Georgia Enterprise office. Thankfully the tow truck driver agreed to give us a ride to the local office and we were able to get a replacement, which overall took 6 hrs!
When I brought the replacement car back to Enterprise in Fern Park, I told the whole story to the agent, and how useless their Roadside Assistance is, and how stuck we were, and he said he talked to his manager and they were willing to give us 1/2 of the rental back. I was told it would take about 2 weeks to get a refund.
2 weeks later - no refund. I called and talked to Jesse (who would not give his last name), presented himself as a manager, and basically lied to me about no record of any complaints when I returned the car. He said none of his agents would have said something like that, and I am fabricating this story! He told me I should have called sooner, even though at the time I was told it would take 2 weeks. He said 2 weeks later it's too late to refund!
During the conversation he did happen to mention that in the notes it stated that I refused the get any refund when I returned the car, although earlier in the conversation he said there were no records of a conversation. Who would refuse to get a refund?

I travel two or three times a month all over the US and I rent almost exclusively from Enterprise. The Fern Park office is closest to my business so when I rent locally I rent from here. The staff and service at this branch are consistently top notch. They are professional, courteous, and I was even introduced to a new employee today as "one of the regulars." "Yeah, you'll get to know Rob..." It made me smile.

I regularly rent from Enterprise and every experience at the Fern Park location IS smooth and pleasant.
On my last visit (8:00am, Friday, 5-4-2018) Mike processed my pick-up. While waiting my turn, I was entertained by the professionalism and courtesy Mike extended to each and every customers. A rewarding observation reinforcing that each client is valued.
The entire staff at Fern Park Is consistently courteous and efficient. Being recognized and remembered is a good thing.

Sometimes we're quick to complain, but after working out an issue with the site's manager, Sara, I have to give them a quick mention to thank them for their follow-up and customer service orientation. You'll usually have a exceptional experience when you rent from Enterprise, but this post-rental issue proves that it goes beyond the handshake and complimentary pickup / drop-off.
