To easy. Super friendly staff. Was in and out. They were able to keep me in a similar car and stay under the insurance price which was 50 bucks a day. This one is located in the pioneer center in Central El Paso right outside the Cassidy gate.

Great customer service! I had an issue with a car and they upgraded me with no additional charges. I also needed to turn the car in a day early and they refunded me the final day no issue. Every time you call Brittney answers and she's really nice and happy to help.

I reserved a car, went to pick it up and they had NO CARS AVAILABLE! I had to go to 4 different Enterprise locations just to get a car. What is the point in making a reservation if they just give it to someone else?
