i used to use enterprise all the time and then i got lured away by the internet"game" of shopping prices.
Recently i was taking a cruise from black falcon terminal in south boston and was flying in on an all nighter from the west coast. now what do i do with our luggage and us for 4 hours. i called around looking for an answer and found it in Greg Cummings and his amazing team at enterprise. I genuinely got the feeling that i was more important to them as a person, then as a one time rental in a far away place. I was looking to rent a car even if just to store my luggage in. after talking to Greg we arranged a car for our return day since we had 10 hours to tour Boston before flying home at a rate below the internet posting. And he agreed to store my luggage free while my husband and i toured around the local area the morning of our departure.
When we arrived, Greg introduced us to his team of employees , with Mike even leaving his desk to come out to greet us. I don't think i have ever had such great service, even in my home town where repeat business would be a possibility.
Greg made me a fan of enterprise by telling me all the advantages of using this company. When i reserved the car he didn't need a credit card number, so i asked for a confirmation number and he said, Francie, we have your name. that's how we register our clients. a name and a phone number. so much nicer then being a ten digit number i can never remember .
Thanks Greg for making our travel days so much fun instead of such a frustrating experience. I highly recommend this office to those of you needing rental car service in Boston
