Ensynch (Say it just like the Boy Band) does full data center solutions, it infrastructure consulting and IT staffing for small but growing to large businesses.  I practically had to copy that from their web site because while that means something to somebody, to me they just become your extended "IT guys".  (Or gals, I know it's a generalization, but I mean no harm...)  They have high paid and over qualified experts who will listen to your situation, tell you which direction you need to go and walk you through the whole thing.  They even provide some on-site colo space.  

I've seen folks tour their facilities and express surprise and happiness, and in all interface I've had with their clients - they've really enjoyed working with them.  

Most importantly, they are funny.  In one building all conference rooms are named after Seinfeld characters and in the other they are named after types of beer.  I've been to lots of meetings in Ale, and it cracks me up just a little ever time I pass the sign.  Their corporate culture is to work hard and play hard and I think they really do a great job of it.

Full disclosure: Ensynch is one of my clients, but I don't get paid for any business they're getting so them being one of my client's just gives me a better full picture view of the company.  We've also used their services, so I can speak for them as a customer as well.
