Small store, but friendly folks. I came here to change watch battery for $7.99. I thought about going to Sears or Walmart, but for $7.99, I rather trust a jeweler than others. Water resistance watch is more troublesome to replace the battery with seals and all. Had it done less than 15 minutes.
They have wide varieties of gem stone rings, earrings and necklaces. They do jewelry cleaning and custom jewelry too.
I need to start off by qualifying my remarks as somewhat biased, but hopefully realistic. I am a third-generation customer of Enhancery and have been extremely impressed with their work. I was somewhat skeptical, initially, as I'm of the "buy everything on the internet" generation but I gave it a shot. My first experience was having a diamond mounted for my wife's engagement ring. Give them an opportunity to match prices from online retailers as they'll give it their best shot and, at the same time, educate you on the what and why of diamonds. For example, a "colorless" diamond, though rare and more expensive, doesn't necessarily mean it looks prettier. (who knew!?) When my wife's wedding band wasn't going to make it for our wedding, they offered to provide a loaner for the ceremony which we'd trade out for the real thing after the wedding. That's above and beyond in my mind.
My most recent experience was with a present for my wife. Maria, one of the friendly folks there, found the exact ring I was looking for, when it didn't meet my budgetary needs, she dug some more and found a compromise that worked for me. Then, it was ordered so I could see it before committing to a purchase. Fantastic!
One thing to keep in mind, they are SO friendly, it's amazing, but they are all sales people. You'll most likely have to say "no" a few times to various things, but the phenomenal service is worth the upsell attempts.

I've only come here to have a watch battery replaced, but I was really impressed with their service. It's a small store with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They frequently have coupons in the newspaper (online too).
