If you are looking for a realtor that is responsive, resourceful and someone who genuinely looks out for their clients' needs, you need to reach out to Tracy Pisenti. Tracy Pisenti of Empire Realty is amazing. She is such a go-getter and will not leave anything to chance. She also truly cares about her clients. Whether it is a $150,000 deal or $1.5 million deal, she gives it her all (which is a lot!).

Woohoo......Pat Burgess is as good as it gets when coming to finding a great real estate agent. She is hard working, ethical and will do everything possible to find the home of your dreams. She has also listed several friends homes for me and has sold them in a timely fashion at the right price. She has a great team of stagers that make a home look like a model home when listed. I just can't say enough about her.
Pat is also the biggest community volunteer I know. She is ALWAYS out and about in the community giving back to others less fortunate. She has a great heart and it comes across with her work and in her personal life as well. If you're looking for a great agent, I would certainly rate Pat a 5! -

I've worked with Tess Pollitz at Empire Realty on two occassions and have been more than pleased working with her. She goes above and beyond the call every single time! She kept in touch with me during the entire process and I never once had to call and ask her what the status was - she'd already told me!

Pat Burgess is exactly what to look for when looking to sell your home. She is organized, hard working, and sells houses fast. She has her background in corporate marketing, so she knows how to promote, and she has done awesome work with me. However, being a great real estate agent also entails having a good personal relationship, and Pat makes this sort of stuff fun. She's a rockstar, and I recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
