they delivered on the agreement the driver texted the day before and come 15 minutes early. I appreciate the service and we got to wedding venue on time .

I still have no idea if the service provided was from Empire, exotic, global, or King, because I cannot get a consistent answer.
My invoices from Empire but look at my photos and you can see this disaster.
Our Driver seemed great, the roof of the car was leaking rain water all over the seats, the driver was told to come back and get my credit card number which he texted to his boss Im assuming, and 48 hours later there was fraud on our credit card ($400 in italian clothing) and now I await my new cards in the mail. So you be the judge....As you can see my final text was never answered. They were caught.

Excellent service, very kind and professional. Driver Sajid came 15 min early and we had a great time. Highly recommend to everyone.

So I got a hummer and. 2020 Maybach a blk n white one
Both vehicles showed up on time. But I took a closer look at the 2020 Maybach and it was a 2015 salvaged Mercedes with Maybach decals on it. What a fraud. I've been called them and no answer or the guy David says he needs to reach out to the owner. Smh. Might be easier just to go to there office. FRAUD FRAUD

Ignore the bad reviews, i don't know what those people are thinking. This was the best place I have ever done business with and Sajid the limousine driver was amazing! I will definitely be using this company again for my next limousine booking.

Great drivers that go above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible easy to book online or in person. Overall good experience if something does goes wrong they will do there absolute best to help and be attentive and understanding to your situation

I would not recommend Global Limousine, aka Empire Limousine, aka Sacramento Limousine.
For starters, it was hard to communicate with them. Then I asked for a picture to confirm I was getting the one I booked online (white party bus), they sent me a different picture (black party bus), but since they were pretty much the same thing, I didn't mind. Then they wanted to only use my card to put a deposit down and I need to pay the rest in cash. Little sketchy, but I figured they had a reason. They said that was the only way to get the cheaper rate they had posted on their website. This was a surprise party for my husband and when the bus pulled up, it was not even close to what I asked for. It was an old party bus (see pictures attached) and the paint didn't match in areas, it looked like it had a few makeshift patch jobs, the windows were disgusting, there was dirt in the ice, left over beer cans laying around on the bus and it smelt like someone hot boxed the whole bus. I was mortified. I spoke with the driver to let him know this was not what we had ordered, showed him the pictures and he said you have to talk to the office, I can't do anything about it. We had the bus rented for 4 hours and when we got back I let the driver know that I wasn't going to pay full price because that is not what I had ordered. I called David and he said, well, you used it so you have to pay. I explained again, this is not what I booked, this is not the picture you sent me, so I will pay, but not that much. He then charged my card on file for $875 when the original price was $720. How can you charge someone even more when you gave them something completely different from what they booked? To say I was not satisfied with their service was an understatement.

Horrible service. Booked online and would not honor online pricing. Also, different/poor quality interior than listed online.

Sajid was amazing. Really cared about the party, 10/10 recommended for any of your events. Waters, music, lights! This is it!!'
