Hmm...thought this was called a Rodeway Hotel.  Unless the owner changed, this place has one hell of an indian food.  I've eaten Indian food in many different places and countries but this yum.  Giving 4 Stars because of awesome Indian Food.  probably 3 star for the motel.

My wife and I were here for Motorized rafting down Glen Canyon and happened to stay in the motel.  Tandoori, Kabob, the spicy crispy bread thing (forget what that's called), samosa...they all tasted like my college friend's home cooking.  Good stuff.  Too bad it's far away else I'd go regularly.

As far as the hotel, nothing fancy.  Just a regular old motel.  I've seen some folks in other motel rate site giving it 3 stars and under.  You get what you pay for.  It's not 5 star hotel,

Actually I kind of liked the coziness.  Outside on the walkway, there were tables and chairs (where we ate some pizza), near the pool there are Grilles so you can BBQ (2 families staying below us were having a BBQ and drinking beer), fridge inside the room (you have to turn it on, learned it the hard way...my poor sandwiches), Small Pool, close proximity to everywhere, walking distance to the Glen Canyon Rafting, Right across a market, parking for RV's and boats

staff were very friendly, but i did notice some white folks talking down to them (they were indians with slight accent).  So that maybe reason for some people who claimed they'd never go back...treat others as you want to be treated.

So as i said...not fancy vegas hotel, rather place for family to just relax after day of boating.
