Great service every time! I have been coming here for years and they have always been consistent. I use them for everything(waxing, massage, mani, pedi, even facials). Always a treat!!

Very Expensive.  The cheapest regular manicure is at least $20.  They have a whole menu and different levels of manicures with add-ons to each.  Its kind of intense.

Ohhhh the decorations.......  It looks like a greek goddess shat on a southern bell and tried to decorate a massive nail salon.  And dont get me started on how they have someone on a speaker calling their workers up to the front when needed.

I dont doubt that some of the workers here do the best in town and their location is good.  But if you are going for just a regular mani/pedi... check out polished nail down in brookhaven.  They will do just as good for half the price and the decorations wont give you a headache.

I have been going to this salon for about a year new....TOM is the BEST at OPI gel nails and french solar nails. He does a great job, and my manicures always last longer.

It's a nail salon.  Not quick, not clean, but it gets the job done. Gaudy decorations and it runs like a mill. My manicurist tried to tell me they sanitize their tools in those blue pouches at 400-600 degrees, pretty sure they would melt and catch on fire at those temps.  The cheap metals would not be cool for awhile afterwards without rinsing them and I didn't  see that happening.  I won't even come back when I'm in a pinch.

Went here to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. WOW oh WOW! The decor is so hideously awful that they get one and a half stars added just for being able to slightly pull it off.

I upgraded both the manicure and pedicure which set me back quite a bit also considering I got the gel manicure. I think next time I will go basic all the way.

I must say the whole experience was heavenly from the moment I sat down to the moment I left. The massage part of the pedicure and manicure made me just melt. This is an awesome place to get your nails done and for the price it really isn't that bad if you go basic.

Would I go back ABSOLUTELY! I will also report on the basic manicure and pedicure. Which if they are just as nice will save me $20 and make this place my new favorite place in Atlanta to get my nails done. It also doesn't hurt that they are right next to DSW and Nordstrom rack.

This place is dangerously located in the same plaza as a DSW, Old Navy, TJ Maxx and other stores. I tried it and have to say I left with mixed feelings...

The ladies are SUPER nice, I got a mani/pedi and both of the ladies were so nice, and I think did an excellent job. I even tried the new OPI gel nail polish and really like it!

What causes the mixed feelings are a couple things:
    - The lighting around the polish selection area is awful. I mean, really really bad. I tried to pick a true red and then when I got to the chair I realized it was way too dark, but the lady nicely went and picked the perfect shade for me.
    - The decor is a combination of tacky palatial + messy. The fountain next to me was out of order, and the faux balconies around the place had random pieces of plastic draping, and boxes. The place overall could use a top to bottom detailed cleaning and organizing. I mean, it definitely gave me something to look at, but overall I couldn't get over the disorganization and enormous Zeus mural above the front door.

Not sure I will be back, I will have to visually prepare myself, but the ladies were very nice and professional...

The hot stone massage was TO DIE FOR..all smiles..initially I was a little frightened by the thought of um hot rocks on my back but I would do it again and again. Super relaxing I could like fall asleep right now and not wake up until next week...sigh..nice

I heart my masseuse if I was into women I'd have to put a ring on it lol

I LOVE this place.  I'm not big on getting my nails done as I have pretty nice natural nails, so I don't know how their acrylics are, but I love this place for all my other beauty vices.

I've gotten my eyebrows waxed there---easy, cheap, and they do it while you get your pedi which makes it less sucky.

The place is huge and decorated gaudy---hilarious and so entertaining.  The have elevator music and this loud babbly water fountain and it just makes the whole scene really relaxing.  The ample space and lighting makes it so much easier to relax there than in smaller, cramped nail spas with crappy lighting and a chokingly strong chemical smell---this place is different.

I always get their hot tea with honey---delicious and again, sooo relaxing.  I love travis, he's my favorite nail tech.  They all speak great English and are very personable and knowledgable if you ask/want to have that conversation, but leave you alone if you don't.

They have some great specials depending on the time of day and give an excellent foot scrub for those of us ladies who always wear high heels---our tootsies can get rough without some elbow-grease with our pedis!  They have some great scrubbing utensils I haven't seen elsewhere that are better/less ticklish than the standard pink pumice but not illegal and creepy like those  huge corn-shaver devices used in some places.

They have a huge menu and even do a leg mask---divine!

To top it all off...I've gotten EYELASH EXTENSIONS here.  They looked better than glue-on strip lashes and lasted for two weeks...and were only $30!  I loved that.  LOVED.  :)

The goofy decor and above-average services plus reasonable pricing makes this place my fave pedi spot...and believe me, I've hit up a lot of them!

I really like this place, pretty typical nail salon decor. This place is huge and usually pretty busy, but i never have to wait. They seem very sanitary and have the tools in sealed bags, etc. One of my fav things, they have an early bird special, 20% off before noon!

A few visits down the road, I am just as excited about this place as before. My manis and pedis still last a long time, and the cool atmosphere are a great change from your regular cookie-cutter nail places... even though the decor here is about as cheesy as it gets :-)

The bamboo stick massage comes with even the cheapest of their pedis, which is a huge difference. I have only done the basic services with a few add-ons, so not sure how they are on fake nails and all the other more complex stuff.

The only downside is the price. It definitely is higher than average, and you can get the same level of cleanliness and quality in other places in Buckhead. But if you're in a mood to be a just little more spoiled, this is the place to be :)

Was introduced to this place by a friend that was treating me to a birthday pedicure. I have to say it was amazing the first time around, and the second time was just as great!

They are very accommodating and from what I have experienced and seen there is never a wait, even for walk-ins. t is seems very clean and they are very hospitable. They offer a variety of colors as well.

I am mixed on this place and I agree with the reviewer, Michelle, that the nail techs used to take a lot more time on you than they currently do. They have a ton of business and I feel like it's becoming more of a "get you in, get you out" place as opposed to a spa. There are still some fabulous nail techs who take their time though, it's just the luck of the draw as to who you get. I have noticed that the men who work here, while they do a good job on your nails, talk CONSTANTLY to the women. Like chat chat chat chat to the point where it drives you crazy. A man did my pedicure last time and I don't think he took a single breath. He was including me in the conversation but I come to the nail salon to relax, not to chat.

Overall, I do keep coming back to this place. The polish lasts a long time and you don't feel overly cheated. They are expensive and if you tell them you don't want the upgraded one, they literally hound you until you just do it. The eyebrow waxing is always fabulous here as well. I would highly recommended that.

On Saturday my wife & I had pedicures.  What a factory!!!  We both had an appointment, and yet our girls were rushed and we received a fast pedicure.  My wife had the basic while I had one level up (they offer 5 different levels of pedicures).  Their prices were about right (basic was about $27??).  Some of the reviewers mentioned they were offered drinks, but we were not.   I might return, but only for a midweek appt, and only after checking other local places out first.

Eminence nails is the best in Buckhead! The technicians take their time and know what they are doing. This is not your typical nail salon, the decor is beautiful and the salon could not be cleaner- that is my #1 prerequisite. I absolutely love Tim and Tammy and they have become friends over the years.  Tom is the best nail technician in  the entire state of Georgia. Ask for him!

this place without a doubt is worth the full 5 stars! they offer every nail shop should offer (*see scottsdale nail shop review for list of items), plus a little more thanks to their spa side. i walked in wanting a pedicure for my sister's baby shower. in no time, i selected my color & was seated immediately. the chairs were exquiste from the massage to the bowls that soothe my feet.

when you are seated, you're immediately offered a beverage (from water to soda), as well as the sounds of laughter & gossip in another language. i went with the luxurious pedicure. it was sooo worth the $38 (they had a special that day, so i ended up paying less but gave a great tip). a near hour of pampering with massage, sea salt scrub and many hot towels. the place has an ample amount of space & would be great to attend with a group of friends.

next time i'm in the area, i'm hitting up a facial and a massage for sure. their prices are super duper worth it.

I have been going to Eminence for just about a year now and really liked it (at least until recently.) Normally the nail techs really take their time and you leave feeling relaxed and looking great. However, the past few times I have felt really rushed and the manis don't last as long....even my gel mani lasts only a week. Unfortunately, this place has turned into a "get 'em in and out" salon. I think I will look to see what else is out there.
