I really can't say enough about how great Susan is, but I'll try to keep it simple.
I have been going to see Susan for about a year and a half for facials and eyebrow grooming. The pride and energy that Susan puts in to her space is a perfect example of why we need to support local and independently owned businesses. The salon is warm, friendly and peaceful without being over the top or intimidating (some spas are too "done" for me). The whole time I am there, I feel that the focus is completely on me and the relaxation that we all work so hard to deserve. My skin and brows always look amazing!
Surprisingly, this also happens to be one of the more reasonably priced day spas in Napa.
Easy to get an appointment and conveniently located near downtown. Got my brows done and a facial.
2 stars for the brows. They look pretty bad - too thin and a little uneven.
4 stars for the facial. It was great, relaxing, my skin looks good and really reasonably priced. $80 for 60 minutes.

Best spa i ever been to.
Its small and cute and easy to find. not over the top. very comfortable.
for $85 i got a 60 minute massage, my eyebrows dyed and waxed.
Usually i got to places that charge $150 for something like that that leave me feeling like i never got my moneys worth, but here i get my moneys worth.
There is nothing like getting great service in a friendly, owner operated day spa. I booked a Back Treatment and received a very pleasant treatment from the owner, Susan.
It's alot of work operating a business and providing customers with quality service and trust me, I know what I am talking about. However, Susan turned out to be a blessing in disguise. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and just the sweetest person.
Her spa is small and not jammed with unnecessary things trying to make it something it's not. Her staff makes it easy for you to book appointments and follow-up with product recommendations to help you maintain all the great work and results at home.
I never re-book appointments within a week of one another but I did and will be back Monday for a skin care treatment/facial.
This is one of my favorite day spas!
Extremely reasonable prices with great customer service.
Appts are easy to come by so I can swing by on my lunch and get what I need done. Staff is very friendly. It's not a swanky type of day spa, but it's clean with a great value.
