I had issues with going through my dealer for what I thought a minor door repair.   I got frustrated and tried taking it to EMC and I was very pleased with the results.   Perhaps because it was just a dent on my door for a low impact collision, I got extremely fast service.  I got a same day quote, left my car there, and 3 days later got it back in fantastic condition.  I had expected it to be a few days and I was extremely happy with the results.   I would not hesistate to recommend this place or use them again.   Homer was very professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with.

I recently took my car to EMC after I was hit by someone from behind.  I had a great experience with Nicole, who handled everything from start to finish inckuding deling with the other guy's insurance company who was trying to screw me out of getting all the necessary original equipment.  Nicole addressed all questions adequately.  My only issue was how that it took longer than I expected to get my car back, but I was very pleased with the quality of their work.

EMC Collision is specialize for German Cars.  My car was in the car accident and I had it tow to EMC.  It seems like they have hard time doing the follow-up with the customers.  So make sure you give them at least 2 weeks for them to give you an estimate repair price quote.  They are more pricy than other body shops around the area.  So check the prices before u make the decision.
