Beautiful brand new Embassy.  This is the first of the new updated Embassy's that I have stayed in.  No more Coy Ponds in the Atrium and all the rooms are not set up around the atruim.   Very modern decor, rooms were nice and no bath-tub, who really uses the tub anyway.  The shower was spacious and very nicly tiled.  Even hardwood flooring in the rooms entry.  
the food was not that great from the restaurant, ordered spring rolls and they were fried like egg rolls.
Not much to do in Valencia, besides Magic Mountain , so don"t see myelf going up there again anytime soon but it was convenient for the night.
