This hotel is very nice and the rooms are very spacious.  Being here for a few days was plesant and not clausterphobic like hotels can sometimes get after a day or so.  The living room allowed me to separate my work from my sleeping area, which is nice and makes it easier to relax.  The gym was great, definitely not overcrowded and plenty of towels.  The headphones were a nice bonus, since I left mine up in my room and I love watching tv while rocking the elliptical!

Overall, it's an above average hotel, great staff and free breakfast...how could you not like that--duh!

I can agree with the other reviewers. The staff was especially warm and gracious with their time. I am a pilot and stay in hotels A LOT and I found this Embassy to be better than most. I'm not a germaphobe but the single complaint I have was that the gym did not provide any way to clean or disinfect the equipment so it's a breeding ground for staph or any other little nasties that like warm and humid places. I seem to find this a lot at Hilton properties and I'm not sure why. They would know better if they turn on CNN and get briefed on the swine flu or other bugs that get spread around so easily.

An oasis of a hotel, unexpectedly nice!  I only stayed one night here, but the staff was terrific, warm and accommodating, and the room was pretty new and clean.  The in-room fridge is a really nice touch (though I didn't use it), and the breakfast buffet (with cook-to-order options, too) is great.  Really convenient location, huge hotel with all the amenities you'd want.  It's the place to stay if you ever need to be in NW AR.

I hear Embassy Suites has some of the best accommodations in the Rogers/Bentonville, AR area.  I can only vouch for the Embassy Suites since it's the only place I stayed.

Location - It is centrally located so that it's a short ~15 minute drive to the Fayetteville/Northwest Arkansas airport, and it's relatively close to the "action" in Bentonville.

Accommodations - I thought the rooms were quite nice, especially given the low price point at $149/night.  I love the two-room suites (I guess there's quite a bit of space in NW Arkansas), and the decor was relatively neutral.  Unfortunately, even though I requested a non-smoking room, I did get a smoking room; I think that's a function of the Embassy Suites being the best game in town - they are usually booked.  In the two-room suite, I had two TVs, two desks, mini-fridge, "kitchen" sink, coffee maker, couch, huge bed...plenty of room to sprawl out and work.

Service - I didn't talk to reception much, but one of the best services is the kiosk in the lobby.  I could check myself in and out of the hotel and also check into my flight from the same kiosk in the hotel lobby.  Perfect for getting that optimal seat on the plane!  Breakfast at the hotel is complimentary, and there is a breakfast buffet...including HOT breakfast (yes!!!).  Hot buffet consists of meats (bacon, sausage), scrambled eggs, biscuits and grits.  AND they'll make omlettes to order.  They also have all of that boring continental breakfast stuff - pastries, bagels, cereal, oatmeal (I guess that's not continental breakfast), juices, coffee, etc.  And yum, yum - the guy behind the counter must've known what I was after when I asked for a side of bacon; when did a side of bacon become eight slices?

Wow, I think the first reviewer Wendy pretty much covered everything... back in 2006 no less! Staying here for 3 nights, the rooms have it all. I like how it's a 2 room suite, with a separate living room. If I had to nickpick, maybe they could've included a mini bar inside the fridge. You know, just in case for those buck wild, crazy business parties. The comfy bed with multiple pillows definitely makes being away from home more enjoyable. The hot breakfast is good quality, and they even have a cooked to order grill station. I even tried their crab cakes from their room service and it wasn't too shabby (see picture). From the housekeeping staff to the front desk employees to even the bellmen, everyone has been super friendly and helpful. If I'm ever in this area of Arkansas again, I would definitely stay here!
