We have stayed at this hotel many times. I agree that the sound proofing needs to be improved.
What is with charging 9.95 a day for internet access? If you want to use your laptop you have to take it to business center and use the cable hookup.
Most hotels give it to you free, granted you get drinks and breakfast, but why not throw in free internet for frequent Hilton Honors members.
If you take your laptop to the business center you can hook up to the internet with all your own shortcuts.

Restaurant is great.

Embassy Suites hotels are a mid priced hotel chain that can really satisfy any business traveler.  However, unlike typical hotels, a suite offers a living room plus a kitchenette that really comes in handy if you want to make yourself coffee or store some leftovers from the prior night's dinner.

For one person, I feel that the suite is somewhat large especially when every room provides two double beds.  I personally would enjoy one king sized bed than having an extra bed. Amenities are very good with the bed and pillows being comfortable and on par to a Westin Hotel bed.  Wifi is $9.95 a day and signal strength is very strong throughout the hotel.  In fact, I had connection in the lobby while having a drink.

Speaking of drinks, from 5PM to 7PM the lobby provides free cocktails and beers which is a great way to relax after a long day at work.  Morning breakfast is great too, with a lot of breakfast selection.  I only wish they had something a good restaurant for dinner instead of having to drive around the area to find a nice place to eat.

The only downside to this particular hotel was the lack of soundproofing.  I could hear the TV, alarm, and shower from my neighbor.  To some light sleepers it may be a problem.

Overall it's a good hotel for the price.

Comfortable room and bed, lots of space in the room.  Especially recommend the Embassador Floor.
